„It’s a little difficult to find the entrance. The hotel is part of a multi use building wither rooms on the 4th floor. A staff member did come and greet us and assisted us understand that we needed to take an elevator to level 4 for checking in. The rooms were spotless clean and the a/c , water pressure and temperature worked very well. Located close to the seawall and tourism office with connections to Marirasol Island. „Stylish new hotel, not all rooms have windows though, and those with windows have no blackout curtains only semi transparent. Rooftop restaurant wrong designed can see only concrete from most places and elevator does not reach. Half of the dishes not available (especially the interesting ones!) and waiter would not say a word when you ask to see the menu first, only when you want to order!!! Needs more training before they deserve that 5% service charged added, maybe only one in Kalibo to do so.“
