Boutique-Luxus auf Panama City Beach! Sterling Breeze Condominium ist die erste Eigentumswohnung westlich der neu entwickelten Pier Park Entertainment Mall - in unmittelbarer Nähe, nur einen Block entfernt! Pier Park bietet über eine Million Quadratfuß von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Unterhaltung, Live-Events, Aktivitäten für Kinder und keinen Mangel an Unterhaltung für Erwachsene!

Das Sterling Breeze Condominium bietet einen 2.000 m² großen Pool am Strand (im Winter beheizt), eine Bar und Grill am Strand, eine Feuerstelle, einen Strand- und Sonnenschirm-Service, ein hochmodernes Fitnesscenter und eine praktische Sky Bridge die private, überdachte Parkgarage. Wir haben sogar zwei gepolsterte Liegen und einen großen Sonnenschirm für Ihr Strandvergnügen in unserer Wohnung reserviert (verfügbar von März bis Oktober - ein Tagespreis von 40 USD). Und aufgrund der Größe unseres Komplexes (146 Einheiten) ist der Strand nicht so voll wie in größeren Eigentumswohnungen mit mehr als 500 Einheiten.

In der 17. Etage bietet der Balkon einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den weißen Sandstrand, den City Pier (längste Mole im Golf von Mexiko) und Sonnenuntergänge am Golf. Es ist auch üblich, Schulen von Dauphin, Stachelrochen oder andere Meeresbewohner vom Balkon aus zu sehen. Sowohl das Wohnzimmer als auch das Hauptschlafzimmer mit Meerblick liegen zum Golf und dem eigenen Balkon mit Elektrogrill.

Dieser besondere Grundriss verfügt über zwei Hauptschlafzimmer, jedes mit eigenem Badezimmer mit Doppelwaschbecken und begehbarer Dusche. Der Kapitän am Meer hat ein Kingsize-Bett, während der zweite Master ein Queen-Size-Bett hat. Beide verfügen über Kommoden, Schränke und 4-Zoll-HD-Fernseher.

Der private Schlafraum (mit einer Tür) verfügt über eine Kommode, einen 4-Zoll-HD-TV und Zugang zum 3. kompletten Badezimmer über den Flur.

Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein Schlafsofa und bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Unterhaltungskonsole enthält einen 4-K-HD-Fernseher mit lokalem Kabelservice, Blu-ray-Player und Stereoanlage.

Die offene Küche mit Blick auf den Golf hat Granit-Arbeitsplatten, neue Geräte aus Edelstahl und alles, was man braucht, um eine komplette Mahlzeit oder eine Portion gefrorener Getränke zu kochen. Der Essbereich bietet Platz für sechs Personen am Tisch und vier auf Barhockern in der Frühstücksbar.

Die Unterkunft verfügt über eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, die Sie bequem von der Küche aus erreichen. Es gibt auch ein Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett für Ihre Bequemlichkeit, aber wer bügelt Kleidung am Strand!

Diese private, neu renovierte Eigentumswohnung ist Einheit 1704.

Altersvoraussetzung: Der Mieter muss mindestens 25 Jahre alt sein und den Mietgegenstand während der gesamten Mietdauer belegen. Zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung und beim Check-in sind gültige IDs als Altersnachweis erforderlich.

STERLING BREEZE

FIRST TIME EVER STAYING AT STERLING BREEZE AND DEFINITELY WON'T BE THE LAST. THE CONDO WE STAYED IN WAS EXTRA CLEAN AND HAD A GREAT AIR CONDITIONER. THE BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE AND SLEPTED GREAT. THE GROUNDS WERE IN GREAT SHAPE. THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. JENNIFER WAS OUR AGENT AND SO EASY TO WORK WITH. WE ARE ALREADY BOOKING ANOTHER STAY FOR OCTOBER 2025 AND MAY 2026. Perfect Condo

My family and I visit PCB multiple times every year and have stayed in many condos over the years. This condo will be our go to for future stays. The pictures on VRBO don’t do justice to the beauty of the condo. The furnishings are solid not flimsy. The dining room table was amazing for game nights and eating in. The bedding in all 3 bedrooms were top notch. The view from the balcony is unmatched. The condo was very clean and you can walk in sock feet and not get them dirty. Wish our stay could have been longer, but looking forward to next time!

From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the breathtaking beach views. The large balcony offered a panoramic view of the gulf, making every morning feel like a peaceful escape.The condo itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Each of the three bedrooms was beautifully decorated and offered plenty of space and privacy, perfect for our group. The bathrooms were modern and stocked with all the essentials.The kitchen was equipped, making it easy to cook meals at home when we wanted to. We enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony, overlooking the beach while soaking in the sun. The living room area was comfortable and cozy, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring and lounging by the water.The location was ideal – just steps away from the beach, and with plenty of restaurants, shops, and activities nearby. We also appreciated the building’s amenities, including the pool and fitness center. The host was fantastic, providing clear instructions and quick responses to any questions we had.Overall, this condo exceeded our expectations in every way, and we can’t wait to come back. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the coast!

Fantastic!

Wonderful condo! Stayed with 2 senior gal pals. Furniture was comfy. View was fantastic with lots of furniture on the balcony. Loved having beach service for 2 included! Owner was terrific, staying in contact with us as we traveled as Hurricane Helene was to make landfall the day we were traveling. We felt like the owner was doing her best to take care of us. We didn’t want to be surprised by power outages or bad weather and the owner kept us informed! She was quick to reply and quick to reach out. Worry over weather was our only issue. The condo had everything we needed to start our vacation and we didn’t have to immediately buy dish soap or laundry soap or TP, etc. We had starter supplies and it was wonderful. Condo was clean and provided everything we needed to have a wonderful trip!

Wonderful weekend away...

We stayed here for a long weekend and enjoyed the condo very much... We had 4 adults staying, the condo was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed, except large beach towels... I guess we just missed the fact that the unit didn't have any for guest use and had to go buy some at walmart. Other than that, I would recommend this location and this unit for anyone wanting a nice place with a view. The owners were very responsive and communicated well. We hopefully will be back next year! Thanks for the use of your lovely condo!

Amazing condo!

We loved our stay at this condo. The condo was clean and adequately stocked with plenty of supplies for us. The owners are so nice and quick to respond to any questions. Having the complimentary chairs at the beach was an added bonus because it was less to have to carry down each day. Great location and Walking distance to Pier Park. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

2024 Family Vacation

We had a beautiful stay. The condo was clean, well equipped, comfy beds and large enough to accommodate our family of 5. It was close to everything. The snack bar at the pool was a plus. The 2 chairs and umbrella at the beach was such a thoughtful extra. We look forward to staying again.

Wonderful condo with amazing view

Really enjoyed our week in this spacious 3/3 condo right on the beach in PCB. I'm already missing waking up to the view and enjoying my coffee on the balcony with the stunning view of the white sand and turquoise water. Pros: The view and beach access were amazing, the furnishings, comfortable beds, and well equipped kitchen were ideal for our group of 5. Another positive was the responsiveness and excellent communication when we had questions, Jennifer was a great host. The cherry on top was having the beach chairs and umbrella included making it easy to grab a cooler, towels, and beach bag to enjoy one of the best beaches in the USA. Con: (minor and temporary) There is some ongoing construction (July '24) on the street that makes driving/walking to garage not so nice, but there is a flyover walkway that can be used when needed.

Great condo, terrible staff

The condo and location was great! The staff at Sterling Breeze was extremely rude. ( Especially the day shift pool security guy named Jimmy). He needs to be fired. For the record I often travel and have been all over the world. I never write a review but definitely feel like everyone needs to know before booking at this location. If I were the owners of this condo I would want to know. It was not just my family that felt this way about the staff but everyone we encountered for the week we were there. I know everyone has to have rules but they have given this guy some authority and he has took it to the extreme. So if you plan on relaxing by the pool with a drink, cooler, or music in the background. FORGET that! If your kids plan on playing in the pool, FORGET that! If plan on sitting any of your beach stuff down out of the way of course when you come in off the beach to just sit down for a bit to catch your breath when you have your mother who is 80 years old with you. FORGET that! I swear I’m not one to complain but you would just have to witness this guy in action. He jumped on to everyone at the pool all day long for something, anything he could possibly find to say something to you and was rude about it. Again, loved the condo, but terrible staff.

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and check in was easy. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for our family of 6. I enjoyed using this grill on the balcony. We enjoyed the pool and the bar next to the pool. That was a great extra! We did have a couple downfalls. One would be the internet service and our cell service period in the condo. Which the owners did try to help. After talking with others in surrounding units this could just be an overall issue not just this condo unit. But we just unplugged for our time being there and we all lived (even the kids)! Condo did have elevator issues only one worked for the majority of the stay, which is beyond the owners control as well. Also it seemed a group of people possibly for insurance came around inspecting windows and taking pictures. While our older girls were in the condo by themselves they came by twice which the girls did not answer. They did return and I let them come in to take pics and then hours later they returned and asked to do it again. We told them they had already done it but said they did not have it recorded. It was odd but this also happen to more than just our unit. I do believe maybe they should have gave the owners a heads up so they could have told their guest to expect them. With all that being said the condo was nice, reasonably priced, owners were great!

Beautiful and clean condo

The condo was very comfortable and decorated beautifully with a beach theme. Great view from the oversized balcony. Close to Pier Park. About a half mile walk if you’re wanting a walk. Saw dolphin. Had great weather. The 2 beach chairs and umbrella are an added bonus. That in itself saves a good bit of money not having to rent or buy beach chairs. Owner was very nice and prompt with all communications. I would definitely stay there again. Having owned a condo in a building close to Sterling Breeze, I understand the challenge of keeping things clean and up to date. The owners do a great job with that.

Was very clean and well stocked. Exactly what it said it would be. Enjoyed every minute of it and would return again to this unit.Owner was a great help to any of my questions. I recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Wonderful Time - Great Condo

The condo was beautifully furnished and very clean when we arrived, my family and I loved it. The owner was nice and communication was good. Cons - The elevators were not the greatest and the walk way to the beach could have been more user friendly as far as having a ramp section instead of the 2 sets of steps. There were just a few more cons about the building itself but not enough of an inconvenience to mention. Again we absolutely loved the condo and would definitely be open to stay there again in the future.
