Commodore Condominiums is located on the east end of Panama City Beach, only steps to Saint Andrews State Park, and many options for local shopping, dining, and entertainment. This gated complex has security on-site 24 hours per day for your assistance. You will find lots of options for on-site activity with a basketball court, shuffleboard court, grilling pavilion, pool, and kiddie pool. Here, you will also find direct access to the World's Most Beautiful Beaches, where you will find beach chair and umbrella rentals, jet ski rentals, volleyball, and much more!

This rental is on the ground floor, with a private balcony that walks directly out to the resort grounds and pool. Both the bedroom and living room have direct patio access, and the open layout makes it possible to see the beach from nearly every space in the condo. Three night trip

We were very pleased. It was so convenient unloading and loading, we were able to park right at the door. And the walk to the beach was short. The condo was very clean and everything worked perfectly.

Commodore condos PCB

This one bedroom condo on the ground floor was exactly what we wanted for our trip to the beach. It is older and needs some TLC but definitely worth it. It is an easy walk to the beach and the pool is only 10 yards from the back porch area. It is near the state park and is quiet at night.

Black mould

When we entered the until it smelled awful. It was beyond not clean. Stained box spring, dead roach on the floor, hair in the fridge, dirty black stained shower floor, black mold on the exterior door and patio, sand covered patio chairs, beyond gross!! Most importantly on the ceiling over the bed more black mold. I am fighting to get my money back. This is an absolute nightmare!! We were homeless for 2 days!!

Affordable with nice view

We enjoyed our stay at the Commodore. We had never stayed on a ground level unit before and enjoyed that this ground level unit had a great view of the beach and ocean. It was also the shortest walk to the beach we have ever had from a condo. With some upgraded decor and lighting, I would have paid $70-80/night more for this unit.

Great gound floor location

This unit definitely needs some updating and a little love, but was a great value for the price. We would recommend bringing most everything for the kitchen if not eating out all the time.

Easy access to beach

First floor with porch that leads to the pool and beach. Nice ammenities but had issues with kitchen hot water, they had to replace the whole faucet due to the hot water side not working. Dishwasher didn’t clean dishes. The faucet was replaced by the next day. Had to shut off the water to the whole unit for the day to replace. Quiet unit, didn’t hear any other people in the units on either both sides or above. It was so close to the state park for wonderful walks. Quiet portion of Panama City Beach.

Great place..great location.... We did have a scare by the property manager though of being evicted for we were accused of smoking at the unit and we don't even smoke.. but the complex was full of people that were smoking

Location was excellent!

We loved the location on the first floor with easy access to the pool and beach. The decor was very dated, but the condo was very clean and the price and location was spot on. We were not expecting the place to be totslly up to date, but it surpased our expectations with the location. Nice landscappng in front of the patio, we spent a lot of time there drinking mimosas.

Perfect Location and super clean

This condo was perfect. Located on the first floor and you can walk right out the back patio door to the pool or beach. This condo is located south of all the other busy high rise building so you are away from the crowds. We basically had the beach to ourself most of the time. You can walk down the beach to the pier and the beach is beautiful and very well taken care of. There are plenty of different sized seashells to be found. Everything was super clean. Better than I expected and the price was great too. My only recommendation would be to have some cheap little beach chairs and an umbrella for those of us that fly in to use for our beach day. They do have rental chairs and umbrellas on the beach but they take them and put them up at 5pm every day. And we are coming and going so much that it isn’t worth renting for the whole day. I can’t wait to come back. I would rent this place over and over again.

While the complex was very nice and the location is excellent, this particular unit needs a lot of improvements. This is a ground floor unit and the window blinds were broken, inoperable, and provided no privacy. In addition, there were not any furniture options that provided storage areas for clothing, etc. The lack of privacy, though, was a deal breaker for us, and we did not stay in this unit. Luckily, the property manager we worked with was awesome and found us another unit in the same complex that we were able to move to, and we had a fantastic stay.

Steps away from the beach

The condo is spacious for a 1 br and neat. Its a lil outdated for my taste, it could stand some upgrades. But for the price and location you cant get any better. I've never stayed this close to the beach/pool before so i was over the moon. I would stay again and send my friends.
