The apartment is a 45 m² open-concept studio designed to make smart use of the space while still feeling comfortable. It includes a queen bed, closet, full bathroom with hot water, equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and a small dining table for two.

The living area has a sofa bed that can sleep up to 2 additional guests. There is also a desk, making it a practical setup for remote work, planning your day, or catching up on emails without turning the bed into an office.

The private balcony with outdoor furniture is a great spot to unwind at the end of the day. Santa Teresita Living is a newly delivered building with a modern lobby, elevator, smart lock, fast WiFi, small pool, rooftop, and 24/7 concierge.

Santa Ana is a historic, urban neighborhood in transformation, very close to Casco Viejo. It is a good fit for practical travelers who want a more local experience, easy access to the historic district, and a central base in the city.

As in many urban areas, you may find local movement, city sounds, people on the streets, and areas that are still being renewed. We recommend using Uber or taxi at night and staying on main, well-lit streets.

The building is new, and some nearby commercial areas, such as the future café next to the lobby, may still be in the setup process during the day.

This stay is ideal for digital nomads, couples, independent travelers, and urban explorers. It is not a resort-style or completely silent area, and that is part of what gives it a more real, central, and local vibe.

Important House Rules

To help everyone enjoy a peaceful stay and keep a respectful environment in the building, please keep the following rules in mind:

• No smoking inside the apartment, on the balcony, or in any common areas.
• No parties, gatherings, loud music, or events.
• Only registered guests included in the reservation are allowed to enter.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Do not hang clothes, towels, or any personal items on the balcony.
• Do not throw trash or any objects from the balcony.
• Please keep noise at a moderate level, especially at night.
• Take care of the furniture, appliances, equipment, and access devices.
• Do not allow unknown people to enter the lobby or the building.
• Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. / Check-out is until 11:00 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee of $50 each, subject to availability.
