King bed with private bathroom including shower. Features AC, smart TV, ceiling fan, desk with office chair, and closet space.

- Second Bedroom:
Contains one king bed and one full bed. Private bathroom with shower. Equipped with AC, smart TV, ceiling fan, and closet space.

- Third Bedroom:
Queen bed with AC, smart TV, and ceiling fan. Half bathroom (no shower) located just outside the bedroom door.

- Living & Dining Area:
Air-conditioned living room with 58" LED smart TV and ceiling fan. Connected dining area with table, seating, and ceiling fan.

- Kitchen:
Fully stocked kitchen with cookware, utensils, and all necessary appliances (microwave, coffee maker, air fryer, blender). No AC, but features good ventilation and two ceiling fans.

- Laundry Area:
In-home washer, dryer, and water heater. Iron and hangers provided.

- Front Porch:
Elevated front porch with sofa, overlooking the neighborhood. Perfect vantage point for enjoying the surroundings.


The property is made up of two separate units. As our valued guest, you will have sole access to the entire left unit, which is dedicated exclusively to ensuring your comfort and privacy.

Each unit comes with its own designated side of the garage, and for your convenience, two parking spaces are reserved exclusively for you. While the garage area is a shared space, you can be confident in having ample room to securely park up to 2 vehicles inside the gate.
