Imagine waking up in the morning and the first thing you see is the breathtaking panoramic view of the ocean—it’s the same stunning view from the living room. The space is incredibly spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of five. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the host was super responsive. The front desk staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Plus, having access to a private beach made the experience even more special. Don’t hesitate—just book it!

Absolutely nothing negative to say about this room. I will however mention the beach side chair service was horrible this year with a very rude attendant...but that is a separate issue. This time there were code issues being changed starting at parking entrance to room entrance etc. The sheet with instructions in room were different check out time from rental agreement, but because of all the other last minute code changes I was confused. This was the first time ever staying in 2308 and we were not impressed. The unit wasn’t stocked with towels and/wash cloths. The ice maker was broken and leaked water all over the floor. It wasn’t as “homie” and comfortable as all the other units we’ve stayed in over the years. We will definitely be back next year but will choose a different room.

Upon arrival, I had to call management to request housekeeping to come change the bed (it was covered in hair). They came immediately but the bed had not been changed prior to our arrival. The unit needs new paint and new mattresses, none were comfortable. We loved Aqua but would not return to this unit.

Having white covers on the furniture is risky, but we have 4 children and had no issue. I came down after knee surgery and Was able to navigate in a wheel chair and crutches very easily. Toilets are a little low. Location is great and we will be staying here again. Having the beach chairs was huge. Very easy check in and very easy check out (didn’t even have to do anything)...all was sent by text. Thank you for a great stay.
