The space
One bedroom with a comfortable full bed, separate living room with a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen — perfect for cooking a meal in or just relaxing after a day exploring Casco Viejo. Air conditioning in the bedroom and living room, and a clean, functional bathroom. The layout gives guests real separation between sleeping and living space, unlike a typical studio, with the sofa bed offering extra flexibility for small groups.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire apartment — bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The main building door is opened remotely by me, so please send your arrival time in advance and message me when you're outside — I'll buzz you in right away. Once inside the building, there's a lockbox at the apartment door for easy self-check-in, and the same lockbox is used for self-check-out at the end of your stay.
