Located a mere 2 homes from the beach, a one-minute stroll from the front porch, you’ll find yourself on 3,900 feet of pristine, uncrowded white sand beach with sparkling turquoise water stretching out before you. This is the serene side of Panama City Beach—far from the crowds and high-rises.

Nestled in the private, gated community of Carillon Beach, Summerlight offers the charm of a quiet coastal village with the comfort and amenities of a full-sized beach home. The neighborhood lies entirely on the beachside of Highway 98, so you’ll never have to cross a busy road to reach the shore.

Though Summerlight is one of the smaller "full-size" homes in Carillon Beach, it’s significantly more spacious than the nearby guest cottages—making it a perfect fit for small families or couples looking for space to spread out. One of the home’s standout features is the expansive 250 sq ft screened front porch, a favorite among guests. Equipped with ceiling fans, a dining table, and plenty of comfortable seating, it’s an ideal place to sip coffee in the morning or enjoy cocktails after a day at the beach.
