Welcome to Aqua 207 – Lemonade, a coastal boho paradise!

Our boho-inspired 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo has recent updates throughout. This gulf retreat has THREE bedrooms – TWO king bedrooms and a separate (twin over full) bunkroom and two full bathrooms.

Living room: With floor-to-ceiling windows, the main living area is open with breathtaking views of the Gulf. There is plenty of room to gather for games or a movie on the 65" Samsung 4k TV. Watch cable with HBO included or stream movies with your preferred streaming services. Games and books are conveniently located in the unit for your enjoyment. The living area features abundant seating, including a queen-sized sleeper sofa, all with stunning ocean views.

Terrace: Off the living area is a gorgeous terrace with comfortable seating so everyone can enjoy the sunset while relaxing to the soothing sounds of waves crashing below. This cozy, boho-style outdoor living space has been thoughtfully designed to provide a second living space.

Kitchen and Dining: The updated kitchen has quartz countertops and stainless-steel Samsung appliances. Enjoy the built-in air fryer in the range and a large French door refrigerator that easily accommodates the food and drinks you need for your stay. Also, the kitchen includes 2 coffee makers (a new traditional coffee maker and a new Keurig) and all the small appliances and utensils you will need. The dining area boasts a round dining table with seating for 6, plus 4 bar stools.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: There are TWO king bedrooms. The OCEAN FRONT primary bedroom has a pillowtop king bed, a wall-mounted Samsung 55" 4k TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a quartz double vanity. This primary bedroom is perfectly decorated with attention to detail and has all the comforts of home. The bedroom showcases ocean views through large double windows and a private entrance onto the terrace. The secondary bedroom also has a pillowtop king bed with a 43" Samsung 4k TV and is connected to the second bathroom. Finally, there is a third bedroom with a twin over a full bunk bed. This bedroom has a barn door for added privacy.

During your stay in Aqua 207 - Lemonade, you can access the sugar-white gulf sands from one flight of stairs or take advantage of the dedicated elevator that only services floors 1-3. You will never have a wait to get to the beach!

Resort and Amenities: NEW FOR 2025 - A new, extra-wide beach boardwalk with ADA compliant ramp access (NO STEPS - perfect for beach carts) has been added.

Aqua is a premier direct beachfront resort with everything you need to have a wonderful vacation. A variety of water sports rentals, such as banana boat rides, parasailing, and jet skis are available on Aqua’s beach.

Common areas feature Gulf-front pools, water gardens, tropical landscaping, a snack bar, a seasonal shaved ice stand, and two gas barbeque grills. There are two large outdoor pools, a heated indoor pool, a hot tub, and plenty of lounge chairs in the sun and shade.

OPENING THIS SEASON will be a poolside bar and snack shop with shaved ice and a variety of beverages. Also located on the west end of the building is Panama City Beach's famous Paparazzi Pizza Grill and Bar, serving authentic Italian pizzas, sandwiches, and ice cream, along with convenience items and gifts.

Free high-speed Wi-Fi access is available in the Aqua - 207 and is available throughout the resort (150 Mbps or higher).

Parking: ALL Aqua guests must PRE-REGISTER for parking by going to https://www.aquaparking.net. Guests will need to register and pay $50 per vehicle per week to park on-site. This is an Aqua COA rule, and monies collected for parking passes go directly to the COA. Guests may purchase up to 2 Parking passes. On the resort: Easy access from the pool to the beach. From Aqua’s private beach, schedule your fishing expeditions, rent a pontoon boat, reserve a jet ski, and even book a dolphin tour.

Entertainment: There are attractions galore to keep you and your family entertained on days not spent on the beach. Practice your golf swing directly next to Aqua and the Gulf's only Top Golf (OPENED 2025!). Walk across the street to Swampy Jack's Wongo Adventure and ride go-karts, play mini golf, enjoy rides, and play midway games for a night of family fun and adventure. Check out Shipwreck Island Waterpark, ZooWorld, or the various mini golf courses located on Front Beach Road. Aqua is a convenient location to events at Aaron Bessant Park and Amphitheater, and Russell-Fields City Pier. Aqua is the perfect location to watch the many fireworks shows from the Russell-Fields Pier.

Shopping and Dining: Directly across the street, is a Alvin’s Island open for all your beach necessities Many conveniences are within a five-minute walk from the resort, including the fabulous, ever-expanding Pier Park, world-class local dining, Target, and Wal-Mart are located within 2 blocks of the resort.

There are many local restaurants within walking distance of Aqua...no need to get in the car to enjoy a night out! Two local favorites, Shuckums and Diego’s Burrito Factory are directly across the street from Aqua. With these convenient and affordable options as well as Pier Park, you will have many fabulous dining options all within walking distance. No fighting traffic or searching for a parking spot!
