The open living area gives everyone room to breathe, anchored by a Smart TV and a queen sleeper sofa that pulls double duty for larger groups. Fast WiFi keeps everyone connected, air conditioning keeps things comfortable, and the in-unit washer and dryer mean you can pack lighter and stay longer. A private entrance ensures you come and go on your own terms.
 
Sleeping arrangements
The condo sleeps up to eight guests across two bedrooms and a living room nook. The master bedroom holds a king bed with an en suite bathroom and direct patio access overlooking the Gulf. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, while twin-over-twin bunk beds tuck neatly into a separate nook - ideal for younger guests or anyone who doesn't mind a cozy berth. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room rounds out the layout for full groups.
 
Kitchen & dining
Everything you need to cook a proper meal is here - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. A Keurig coffee maker sits ready at the breakfast bar for slow mornings, and the dining area gives the group a proper place to eat together.
 
Outdoor living
Step off the patio and you're on the pool deck - no stairs, no elevator, no waiting. The resort pool and hot tub sit just outside the door, alongside shaded gazebos and grilling areas. From March through October, complimentary beach service means two chairs and an umbrella are set up daily on the sand. The poolside café and gym round out the on-site options.
 
Pet-friendly
One small dog (35 lbs or less) is welcome. A $300 nonrefundable pet fee is payable directly to the resort at check-in.
 
Extras worth noting
Each day of your stay includes one complimentary ticket per day to a rotating lineup of local attractions - Dave & Buster's, a sunset and dolphin cruise, mini golf, a trampoline park, and WonderWorks among them. Parking is covered by a one-time $35 + tax fee for up to two vehicles. Freshly laundered linens, a starter supply of paper goods and toiletries, local recommendations, and 24/7 support are all provided by your hosts, Sail Away Vacation Rentals.
