Turm 2,13th Flr 1 Bdr !! Nur renoviert !! In der Nähe des Lagunenpools !!

Ab dem 21.10. Und bis zum 13.12. Sind der Lagunenpool und der Ostpolynesische Pool wegen Wartungsarbeiten geschlossen. Der Westpool zwischen den Türmen 3 und 4 bleibt geöffnet.

Der Umbau ist fertig und es hat sich wunderbar mit einem ultramodernen Vibe herausgestellt !! Alles in diesem Gerät ist brandneu! Die Küche wurde mit Granit, schönen Fliesen Backsplash, modernisierten Schränken und Geräten aus Edelstahl aktualisiert. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein wunderschönes weißes Leder-Schnittsofa, wobei ein Teil ein Queensize-Schlafsofa ist. Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist ein Kingsize-Bett mit neuer Bettwäsche und Premium-Matratze. Beide Zimmer haben große Flachbildfernseher. Dieses Gerät verfügt über schöne gebeizte Betonböden, die genauso aussehen wie der wunderschöne Golf von Mexiko! Es hat bereits eine aktualisierte geflieste begehbare Dusche Spa und Granit mit neuen Schränken im Badezimmer.

Das Long Beach Resort ist rund um die Uhr und 7 Tage die Woche mit einem Sicherheitstor versehen. Das Parken ist direkt vor Ihrem Gebäude - nicht auf der anderen Straßenseite oder in einem engen Hochhausparkhaus! Es gibt drei Pools, zwei Pools im polynesischen Stil, die saisonal beheizt werden, und den riesigen 65 m² großen Lagunenpool mit tropischen Inseln und Wasserfällen. Jeder Pool hat einen eigenen Whirlpool. Genießen Sie einen Burger und Ihr Lieblingsgetränk an der Lagoon Poolbar und Grill The Hangout, die von März bis September geöffnet ist. Long Beach liegt günstig in der Nähe aller großartigen Restaurants, Golfplätze, Putt Putt und Attraktionen für Kinder. Machen Sie sich keine Sorgen, wenn Sie etwas vergessen. Great condo

We stayed for 4 nights and the condo was great. Very clean and had everything we needed. Kim was very helpful. It had a great view of the ocean, which is what we were looking for and 2 chairs and an umbrella were provided and that was very convenient. We will definitely be back

Ladies trip

Pictures online were deceiving. Was much smaller. Living room was very outdated. The kitchen was nice. There was not any plastic containers for food storage . Cereal bowls were out of reach. Nice bedspreads. Very big balcony, we loved the view and the space. The umbrella and chairs on the beach was a big plus. The water was gorgeous the beach was great. There needed to be more than just one place to wash off sand. The public bathroom by the pool area was very clean and large. Pool looked great but we didn’t swim in it. Overall it was a nice place to stay. Room was very old but ok for just a few ladies for a nice getaway.

Perfect location

We loved the location! The unit could have used some updating and some deep cleaning. But we did have everything we needed. Appliances were nice and were clean. The under counter ice maker did not make much ice and kept melting. The outdoor furniture could use new chair pads. Just some suggestions to make it a really nice condo!

Ok ,but it needs somge tender !loving care. Patio door ,didnt work very well, lofts of dirt in track. Stove was a nuisance didnt work most of the time. Elivators are scary. Location was good. Weather ,beautiful.

Great location

The rental process was quick and easy. I was able to speak with management when we arrived 40 min before check in. They were very nice and let us in the condo 40 min early. The condo had all the appliances needed for a week stay. The view to the ocean was beautiful and relaxing. The pools were very clean and the bar offered great drinks! The location is perfect! You have shopping centers, restaurants, grocery stores, and anything you may need walking distance! My only complaint was the cleanliness. The sleeper sofa was so dirty, every time we opened it for the kids to sleep in, crumbs fell off. Old food was stuck in the cracks and fell to the old rug under it. It was very gross. I had to vacuum under it every time! The master bedroom was clean, but the bathroom shower moldy. Everything else was great! I will return to Longbeach resort but will rent a different condo. Our friends condos were much nicer and cleaner.

Nice place

We have stayed at Long Beach for the last 7 years at different towers and this condo is the nicest so far. The photos on line had to be taken when the renovation was completed (looks like years ago) as it needs some updates. Living room couch is ok but the side piece does'nt connect and is loose at the end. Shower drain was clogged but Kim had it cleared same day. Overall a pleasant stay and would recommend renting from Kim's Condos.

Fantastic condo

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was great and the bed was very comfortable. Our only complaint was that the temperature couldn’t be turned below 70 but I understand why it is that way. We would definitely stay here again.

Some issues

We had no instructions on a TV with 6 remotes . They tried to walk us through, scheduled to come first thing in the morning. We finally got it that night. None of the sink drains worked well , no cold water in kitchen sink. Had an issue with the toilet, book in room was for a different condominium place . After no one came 3 hours later we called different number on check in sheet. I insisted it was fixed before morning . Which it was and eventhough the man was probably not happy about coming , he was nice about it. Lastly , the dishwasher did not seem to be working properly when we left , turned it on and hoped for the best. No linens we provided for the kitchen and wash cloths were horrible! I had to clean microwave before I could use it, greasy, top of frig same .coffee pot was never cleaned , grounds still there. Had to wash all dishes by hand. Light burned out in bathroom. I won't rent that unit again.

The location and the beach were awesome. The pool area and the Hang out was very nice. The condo itself was a little disappointing. The condo as soon as we opened the door had an unusual smell. It listed as being remodel which I believe it had been. In some areas. If I was giving a grade on the condo it would be a "C", the view would be an "A".

Few issues but nice condo overall

Pros: Condo is nicely updated, the ice-maker was very convenient, and we had a beautiful view with comfortable balcony furnishings. Good response time and communication with the condo manager Kim. Cons: Condo was not up to cleanliness standards, no instructions for the entertainment system which had multiple remotes, and some minor maintenance issues (light bulbs out, towel rack fell, low battery in the thermostat). Kim was quick to respond to our needs and addressed the concerns we had with courtesy and professionalism. Overall, our stay was pleasant, and I would recommend this unit to others.

Absolutely Beautiful

This condo is beautifully done and the floors are gorgeous & the view from the balcony is breathtaking! Due to the ocean not cooperating while we were there to be able to swim in it because of 2 red flags, you can enjoy the awesome pools And hot tubs onsite that overlook the ocean view. Didn’t take much time to get anywhere we needed to go, great location and liked that it had security as well. Property management was very helpful in any questions I had. Just wished could of enjoyed it longer! The bed super comfortable! We also saw dolphins from the balcony in early mornings! Missing this condo already.

Would stay again

Nice condo in a great location. I walked pretty much everywhere during my stay. The balcony was great, just wish there would have been a lounge chair where you could lay out and kick your feet up too. There was one basket type chair that was very cushiony, but no where to kick up your feet. Would definitely recommend.
