The Yard - Walking distance to Sharkys - Steps to the beach!

This cozy beach hideout is part of a triplex home and is steps from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. It's a hidden gem down a discreet little road directly off 'The Strip’ and across the street from the infamous Sharky's Restaurant. We've created a bright beachy dwelling with an earthy surfer vibe. We've named it 'The Yard' because we feel the large private yard is one of its best assets. The newly landscaped yard is the perfect hang out after a long day at the beach!

Think white-washed floors and jute rugs, bright green plants and cozy linens. Our little beach bungalow has all the amenities a vacationer could need. A new Queen sized Linenspa bed in the master bedroom, and a twin sized bunk in the guest room. The full-sized bath is equipped with fresh towels, extra bathroom supplies, and a hairdryer. The kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare a feast, just bring the food and store in the large fridge/freezer. The living area has a cozy couch and a large Roku TV.

This is a private dwelling, everything on the property is yours including the large green back yard. You do have the option to share the yard with your neighbors by opening the shared gate.

Please note : This property is separate from The Origin at Seahaven property and guests that book at 'The Yard' will not have access to the Origin property amenities.

This rental has its own parking spot plus access to overflow parking. Many popular restaurants, convenience stores and golf-cart rentals are all within walking distance.

This property is pet friendly with a pet fee of 75 dollar per pet for a MAX of 2 dogs (50 LBS or less) unless specifically approved by property management at Beach Haven Vacation Rentals.
