The Fab Flamingo 🦩 2 King Beds 2 Miles to Beach 🏝

Just 2 miles from "The World's Most Beautiful Beaches" and some of the best dining in all of Panama City Beach! When you're not soaking up the sun or riding some waves, enjoy your stay in this beautifully-decorated house, loaded with all the amenities including: a fire pit, bbq grill, wifi, Roku Smart TVs even a pack-n-play for your youngster. PCB has something for everyone, dining, shopping, rides, games, beaches, sun, sand and more! You WILL be back!

The space

This beautifully remodeled 2 bedroom house is next door to a gas station with a dessert, food and snow cone truck in the parking lot! Walk 20 steps from your front door to Diego’s Margarita Bar and grab some margaritas and quesadillas all day long. Winn Dixie and Publix supermarkets are just across the street. Most importantly this house is only a 4 MINUTE DRIVE TO BEACH!

Both rooms in the home come with a new hybrid king-sized mattress, king-sized pillows, a quilt, sheets and extra blankets. PLEASE NOTE GUESTS 5-6, the pullout sofa is a full and best suited for kids not adults.

We provide 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, towels, dish pods, pretty much everything. You would only need to bring additional or visit the store depending on your length of stay. The sleeper sofa, kitchen and half bathroom are downstairs. The kitchen is stocked with one roll of paper towels, cooking items and a dishwasher pod. There is seating around the island and a fold up table under the stairs with chairs if you want to play games or eat together.

The coffee bar includes starter pods and ground coffee with creamer, sugar and splenda. A washer and dryer is in the house and we provide a tide pod, dryer sheets and an iron.

The backyard features a fire pit with plenty of seating and a bbq grill if you feel like cooking your favorite dish. In the storage shed you'll find all the beach gear you need including: beach chairs, an umbrella, a table, a cooler, a bogey board and toys for building sand castles.

PLEASE HELP KEEP SAND OUT OF THE HOUSE BY USING THE DEDICATED SAND STATION LOCATED NEXT TO THE FRONT DOOR. THERE IS A RACK FOR BEACH TOWELS AND A WATER HOSE FOR RINSING OFF YOUR FEET AND LEGS.**
