Starfish @ Water's Edge is a stunning 2nd floor villa that beautifully decorated in a casual coastal style for your vacation enjoyment. The open floor plan great room is where everyone will gather to watch the large screen tv with Roku HD Streaming, enjoy watching the pond, dining together, playing games at the dining table and making memories to last a lifetime! There is a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate 2 guests and a matching love seat for plenty of seating. You'll love the bright tropical decor! Don't forget to bring your devices because Lux Speed WiFi is provided throughout the property!

Step out on to your private covered balcony for morning coffee and croissant or evening drinks. You'll enjoy watching the large pond right outside your villa. The balcony has lovely tropical furnishings that will put you in the mood for vacation!

The modern well equipped kitchen lets you enjoy cooking a gourmet meal or a quick lunch, breakfast, or an on-the-go snack. The kitchen has high end cabinets and granite counter tops with beautiful light fixtures and luxury white appliances. Your stack washer and dryer are located in the kitchen for your convenience.

This villa boasts a bright tropical theme no matter what part of the condo you walk into. The Blue Starfish Main Bedroom Suite features two queen sized beds with high thread count luxury bed linens. As you walk into the main bath you will find a walk-in closet large enough to fit all your vacation clothes, shoes, etc.. After a long day at the beach enjoy soaking in the shower/tub combo and drying off with the fluffy high-quality bathroom towels. Heavenly!

This deluxe villa has a second bathroom off the hallway with a single vanity and walk in shower. This is just perfect for those sleeping on the sleeper sofa and it makes getting ready to go out a breeze since there are two bathrooms.

Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

The kids splash pad is available free of charge as well. Each Tower and Leeward/Windward has its own private beachfront pool with various hot tubs scattered about the Tower side. The Villas have pools, too.

All doorknobs, faucets, towel bars, countertops, tables and light switches are sanitized. Our laundry is sent out to a professional service for high temperature washing. Once our housekeeping staff finishes cleaning and disinfecting, our inspectors check everything just to be sure nothing was missed. If you notice any housekeeping issues upon arrival, please contact us right away so we can address those issues for you. If you see work in progress please understand that the buildings remain safe for occupancy.
