This second-floor condo is located in the Village of South Walton Beach, a complex with an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and several restaurants and eateries on its grounds. You'll have dedicated beach access through the Sunset Beach HOA just up 30A, which you can reach via the tram that stops half a block away, every 20 minutes.

As you step inside this centrally air-conditioned studio, you'll be struck by the generous amount of space and light. Hang your beach towels by the door, fix cold drinks and snacks in the kitchenette, and sit down at the table to enjoy them beneath a crystal chandelier.

After a day spent riding bikes on the Timpoochee Trail or swimming in the sparkling Gulf of Mexico, unwind in the evening by watching movies on the cable TV and sharing photos via the complimentary WiFi. Additional features of the condo include a comfortable bed and a full bathroom.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
