View of the gulf was amazing. The property was literally ON the beach, just 130ish feet in the air. Property was very clean. Beach was very clean. Water was turquoise and the sand was white. We went in the middle of spring break and navigating the beach was tricky due to numerous beach accesses being monitored. We left the hotel and walked down the beach to Pineapple Willy’s. We left the beach and got a beverage but could not get back on the beach, due to controlled “hotel only” access points and some public accesses being closed (PW closed their access). So we had to walk back via sidewalk, which wasn’t horrible, it just wasn’t the beach. Long story short, if you’re going to walk the beach and visit establishments, bring shoes just in case. Parking was pretty easy and safe feeling after we figured it all out. Not that it was difficult, just new to us. There weren’t many eateries that were within walking distance. Most of them needed to be driven to. Salty Sue’s and Fatty Patty’s were our favorites and offered the most “bang for the buck.” There was a lot of police presence on the beach and on the streets which created a safe and peaceful atmosphere. Our host was very responsive and once we were registered it was seamless.

The owner was fabulous to work with when I reached out needing accommodations at the last minute. The condo was beautiful and was extremely clean and well stock. Beds were very comfy. We saw dolphins and even a manatee from our balcony. The condominium was very nice and we enjoyed having an onsite restaurant that we could get drinks and lunch during the day. I would highly recommend this condo and we will definitely book in the future.

Spring break 2025 with my family

We really enjoyed our stay, the condo was as beautiful as the picture. We got a chance to see the dolphins playing from our balcony!! We brought chairs and umbrella for the beach but the condo not only provided chairs and tent, they also had beach towels, buggy boards etc... My only complaint was that we wasn't able to see the movie during our stay because of some technical difficulties but that was the resort issue. Overall I would definitely book this condo again and refer family and friends!!

The condo was amazingly clean! Very spacious and lots of amenities! The balcony has a perfect view of the beach and water! Not to mention the sunrise and sunset! The master bed is a little soft so sleeping comfortably was an issue some nights. But none the less we will definitely be staying here again!

Wonderful!!

This condo has it all. There are 2 very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Beautiful view! The kitchen has everything and then some that you might need! Close to Walmart or Publix and lots of different options for great food to eat! The condo was clean and has everything we needed for a great stay. Beds are comfortable. The host Vanessa is amazing. Easy to communicate with, and if you have any needs or problems she will respond quickly! We have stayed in Panama City many times, this is by far the best condo/host that we have stayed with. Will definitely be back.

Wonderful condo and area.

We enjoyed a fabulous 10-year wedding anniversary. Vanessa had everything we needed. There are many area attractions, we chose to jet ski, snorkeling on a 52' catamaran tour and parasail when we weren't kicking back on the beach.

Amazing stay!

We just had the most amazing 4 night stay! I came with my two teen daughters and one of their friends. The breathtaking views of the golf catch you as soon as you walk in the door and can be seen from every part of the condo. This was a decompress and rest trip for us and we were able to do just that. The Condo was clean and spacious and equipped with everything we needed; from beach, umbrellas to beach, chairs, towels, kitchen, accessories, etc. There was even some toiletries! It seemed no detail was left unturned and Vanessa was amazing! We actually packed too much! The beach is literally a few steps from the condo, and the pools were abundant, a fantastic place for the teens and myself to go after a full on the ocean. We were able to DoorDash groceries and most everything else we needed, we were able to pick up at the market on the resort. The beds were very comfortable and we felt right at home from the moment we walked in the door. My girls loved that there was a Starbucks on site! Though the movie theater wasn’t showing while we were there, we didn’t mind as we didn’t come to spend our time indoors. The game room and beach activities were an added bonus. I cannot say enough great things about this stay! Every aspect was completely on point! We 100% recommend and will definitely be back!
