Second Floor: Spacious Living room with walk out balcony access, kitchen, dining area, powder room, and laundry. Perfect for outdoor snacks overlooking the gulf.
Third Floor: 3 sleeping areas.
1.Gulf Front king master bedroom with ensuite bath and Private Gulf Front balcony access, perfect for morning coffee or toasting to another perfect day at sunset.
2.King guest bedroom with adjacent bath
3. Full bed with twin bunk over and seperate twin sleeper chair in BR 3. This room can be opened, or closed with louvered walls for privacy
There is also a hall bath with tub/shower combo that bedrooms 2 and 3 share.
