Serenade am Meer! Küstenflucht, Privatpool, Golfblick

Welcome to Serenade by the Sea, a luxury coastal retreat nestled in the quiet community of Sunnyside Beach along Florida’s Emerald Coast. Known for its peaceful, residential atmosphere and “Old Florida” charm, Sunnyside offers a relaxing escape away from the heavy traffic and crowds of 30A, Destin, and Panama City Beach. Here, you’ll find preserved dune walkovers, sea oats, and uncrowded white sand beaches just steps away.

Only 110 steps from the beach and one house off Front Beach Road, this beautifully designed 4-bedroom home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. Built as a true residence rather than simply a rental, the home combines upscale comfort with thoughtful family-friendly amenities. Inside, you’ll find 4 king bedrooms plus additional twin sleeping spaces, 8 Smart TVs, a high-speed WiFi 6 mesh network, and spacious gathering areas perfect for making memories together.

Outside, enjoy your own private backyard oasis featuring a large fenced pool with a wading area, color-changing lights, surrounding pavers, outdoor shower, grill, and a spacious covered lanai ideal for relaxing after a beach day. Pool heating is available for added comfort during cooler months.

Families will appreciate the kid-friendly sleeping nook, while the deep garage accommodates 2 full-size SUVs or trucks with additional driveway parking available.

Conveniently located between 30A and Pier Park, Serenade by the Sea places you close to shopping, dining, and local favorites like Thomas’ Donuts and Winn-Dixie, both about a mile away. Plus, you’re only a quick 20-minute drive from ECP Airport with no toll roads required.

Whether you’re planning a relaxing family vacation or a beach getaway with friends, Serenade by the Sea offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and classic coastal charm.
