The sprawling Main House’s first level features a light-filled living space with 2 armchairs, 2 guest bedrooms with queen beds, 1 bunk room with 2 twin-over-twin beds, and a convenient laundry room—so guests are always beach ready!

Beautiful molding, stylish furnishings, and classic coastal design curate an elevated setting on the second-level. Sink into the soft couch and 2 plush armchairs surrounding the TV to unwind after a day in the sun. Right behind the couch, a wet bar provides quick refreshments, and a charming breakfast table features banquette seating and 3 chairs beneath a lavish chandelier. To the side, a round dining table for 8 separates the space from the kitchen, where high-end appliances and stunning blue cabinetry provide a picturesque backdrop for making gourmet meals. A window seat in the dining space and a cozy den with a loveseat and armchair offer additional spaces to relax indoors. The third floor hosts a wet bar and spacious primary bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom, and peek-a-boo Gulf views from the balcony.
