Prime Location: A short 3-minute walk (0.1 miles) to a public beach access point with no parking, ensuring a peaceful, uncrowded beach experience.

Accommodations
Step through the double front doors into a warm, inviting space featuring 10-foot ceilings and charming shiplap walls. Every inch of Searenity has been thoughtfully designed with comfort and convenience in mind.
First Floor
Master Bedroom: Relax in a King Sleep Number bed with French doors leading to a private patio and a saltwater cocktail pool (heated off-season).
Note: Pool doors have an alarm for safety; ensure it's plugged in if traveling with young children.
Bunk Room: Perfect for kids, featuring 2 sets of twin bunk beds (two with Sleep Number mattresses) and a trundle bed. The spacious closet is stocked with family-friendly essentials:
Pack-and-play crib, portable highchair, baby gate, umbrella stroller, booster chair, bouncy seat, baby monitor, sound machine, and more.
Bathrooms: Both bedrooms have marble en suite bathrooms with luxurious touches.
Laundry Room: Equipped with a gas washer and dryer for your convenience.
Second Floor
Great Room: Bright and airy with 10-foot ceilings, a cozy living area, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Kitchen Highlights:
Quartz countertops and stainless steel gas appliances.
A coffee bar (with options like espresso, K-cups, pour-over, and French press).
Bar area with wine fridge and every accessory imaginable, from a waffle maker to a lobster pot!
Entertainment: A 60” HD 3D TV, surround sound, and a library of books, games, and movies (including 3D glasses).
Second Master Bedroom: King Sleep Number bed, marble en suite bathroom with a jetted Jacuzzi tub, and a separate shower.
Balcony: French doors open to a balcony with a high-top table, swing, and gorgeous ocean views. Perfect for morning coffee or sunset dinners.
Outdoor Oasis
Private Saltwater Pool: Heated off-season and surrounded by a secluded backyard.
Outdoor Kitchen: Complete with a built-in grill, refrigerator, bar seating, TV, and Bluetooth speaker system (code: 0000).
Lounge Area: Comfortable seating under a gazebo with string lights for evening relaxation.
Beach Necessities: Beach wagon, toys, chairs, umbrellas, and a pop-up canopy are all provided.

Timpoochee Trail: A scenic bike path running the entire length of 30A is just across the street. Bring or rent bikes to explore nearby beach towns like Rosemary (2 miles away) and Alys Beach.
Camp Creek Lake: A rare coastal dune lake 0.1 miles away. Use our kayak to paddle from the ocean into the lake when conditions are right!

Rental Requirements for Booking
Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old to book this property. Proof of age must be provided upon reservation or check-in.
Parties or Large Gatherings must be pre-approved: Unauthorized parties or large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
Pet Policy:Only dogs are allowed (no other pets).
A maximum of two dogs is permitted.
Additional pet fees and approval may apply.
