I was a little nervous to book this property because it didn’t have any reviews yet. But I took a chance & I’m so glad I did!! It is a beautiful condo!! I’m familiar with the area & knew it would be an easy 10 minute walk to the beach (pro tip—always grab a spicy margarita from CK Feed & Supply on the way). There are 6 beach towels to use which was so nice. The refrigerator does not have a water dispenser but there is a Brita pitcher inside that was already full & the ice bin was full too which was so nice! We drink a lot of water so the Brita pitcher was a really nice touch. The entire kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook. There is also a small cooler available to take to the beach. I did not have time to purchase a book to read on the beach so I was planning to use my kindle app. That wasn’t necessary because there are multiple great books to choose from in the master bedroom. I read 2 books during our trip that were released in the last year. Truly made my day to discover all the great books they had available. There are also many family games available to play. My children are 23, 19 & 17 years old. 2 of them slept in the hallway bunkbeds & 1 used the queen bedroom. They loved it!There are key cards on lanyards for beach access. One of them also has a key to the condo on it. Super helpful!!! We did as they suggested & left the other key in the lockbox. We loved this condo and will definitely keep it on our list of favorite places to stay in Rosemary!!
