The large closets offer plenty of storage for your suitcases and clothing.

Your bathroom has a tub/shower combo with a toilet and a single vanity. There's a hair dryer for your convenience. The bathroom is accessible from he master bedroom and the great room.

Sunbird is a gated community with a fun, family oriented atmosphere. There are three pools (one heated) with large sunning decks, beach swings, charcoal barbecues with picnic tables, tennis courts, pickleball courts and shuffleboard and an on-site fitness center.

Parking is included in your Sunbird guest registration which is paid separately via the Park N Spot App. Parking is limited to one space per condo. Parking rules are strictly enforced by the Condo Association. Unregistered vehicles are subject to towing or booting without notice.

Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets are allowed for guests, this is an Association Rule. No smoking or vaping inside condo.
