Amenities include 3 community pools: Bellview Park, Beach Club Pool (located on the Gulf of Mexico), and East Pool. There are tennis/pickle ball courts, full basketball court, children's play area and large green spaces. This is a walking, biking, golf cart community with cafe, exercise club, general store, and Baliage salon and spa. In addition to the manned entrance gate, Carillon also employs licensed security officers who patrol the grounds to ensure the safety of our guests. Carillon Beach is a 'Mayberry USA' beach community where lasting, even generational, memories are created. Also, Carillon Beach is a disability friendly community with a wheelchair lift to the main pool area and a handicapped accessible ramp from the pool to the beach. The upscale shopping and restaurants of Rosemary Beach and 30A are only a 3-minute drive away.
