~ 2nd Floor Master with a King bed, 42" flat-screen TV, ensuite bath with a jetted tub, and stand-alone shower. This room leads out to a private balcony with seating.
~ 2nd Floor Queen guest room with a 55" flat-screen TV and a private bath featuring a stand-alone shower. This bedroom also has a private balcony with seating.
~ On The Third Floor, there is a seating area with a sofa and 55" flat-screen TV, a minibar area with a sink and refrigerator, and French doors leading out to an extended rooftop sun porch. The bunk room has two Twin over full bunks and a 36" flat-screen TV.

Welcome to "ALL DECKED OUT" This charming Seacrest Beach cottage sleeps up to 14 guests. The freshly decorated home features new tile flooring, painted cabinets, custom-built closets, and dimmable lighting. The first floor offers an enjoyable open concept with a kitchen, dining, and living area. A guest suite is attached to a screened-in porch with access to a small backyard for grilling out or relaxing with a book. On the second floor, you will find a master suite with a large master bath and another guest suite, both with balconies. The third floor includes the second living area and wet bar, a large rooftop deck with seating for all and a bunk room with twin-over-full bunk beds that work for children or adults and another full bath. Seacrest Beach has long been a favorite of 30A visitors, with its famous 12,000-square-foot lagoon pool just a two-minute walk away. The beach is only a five-minute walk (or call the free neighborhood shuttle for a ride).

Many of the communities along 30A are continuing to expand, so many more individuals can come enjoy the crystal blue waters of the Panhandle. Unfortunately, a side effect of this is construction and all the items that come along with it, such as noise, road blocks, etc. We understand this can be inconvenient for our guests, which is why we have chosen to make all possible guests aware of the possibility of this during their beach vacation. As most of this is outside of 30A Cottages realm of control, we are not able to offer discounts/compensation for any noise complaints, road blockades, etc. during a guest's stay. Please reach out to a team member with any questions you may have!

Community Amenities
Seacrest Beach, Florida, is conveniently located near some of the most popular dining and shopping venues along Scenic Highway 30A. Within a short walk or bike ride, you can enjoy the top-rated restaurants, shops, and activities in the Village of Seacrest, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Inlet Beach. The two most remarkable things about the Seacrest community are the complimentary Beach Tram service and access to the largest pool on 30A. The tram, which runs from March through October, will have you on one of the world's most beautiful beaches in no time. It also runs through the community, among the shops, and to the 12,000-square-foot community pool, which features multiple layers, waterfalls, fountains, two bathhouses, and ample lounge chairs to relax in.

NOTE: Golf carts are prohibited in the Seacrest Beach Community

Parking
All decked out has a 2-3 vehicle driveway.

NO TRAILERS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED IN THE COMMUNITY. Off-street parking spaces for vehicles are available on a first-come, first-served basis throughout the community. Proximity to your property is not guaranteed. Off-street parking is only permitted if your car is parked in a designated lined parking space with a valid parking permit/ hangtag. Parking anywhere on the street in non-designated areas is prohibited. Tags are issued at the time of check-in and must be displayed and clearly visible at all times in every vehicle. The Seacrest Property Owners Association strictly enforces all parking regulations. 30A Cottages will not be liable for any fines or towing expenses incurred by any guest staying in or visiting, your home.

Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third-party booking site. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. Insurance must be purchased BEFORE the final payment or at the time the reservation is paid in full.
~ CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 6:00 P.M. (CST) & CHECK-OUT IS BY 12:00 P.M.
~ Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and will be an occupant of the Premises during the entire Rental Period. Reservations shall not be made by or for any person under the age of twenty-five (25), and no key will be issued to anyone who is not twenty-five (25) years of age. Nice neighborhood in Seacrest

The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. Short walk or train ride to the beach or pool. Only “issue” is the second floor primary bedroom and third floor bedroom were fairly warm. It never got cool in either bedrooms. They had floor fans in each room, but that just moved the warm air. We contacted the owner and they sent the HVAC people to the house. Unfortunately, all was working correctly. It’s just not a big enough a/c unit to cool the bedrooms.

Property provided the room needed for 6. Great location. Loved the 3rd floor deck and screened porch. Great environment. The issue is the quality of cleaning. There was a need for us to vacuum living room carpet. Bedroom carpets clearly not vacuumed. Crushed water bottle from precious renters on master porch. Glass doors out to screened porch were full of smudges. Other concerns is the smoke detector hanging from wires in kitchen. No shower door (previous renter mentioned in their review) in 2nd floor master. Holes in tile. Had to wipe floor after use. No garbage can in 2nd floor master bath. Sticker on glass window blocks in 2nd floor master that showed previous attempts to remove but must have given up. This one is minor but didn't help. Lastly the dresser drawers in 2nd floor master were difficult to open and junk dresser very unstable, prompting removal of the decorative glass lantern to floor. The amount being charged for cleaning is definitely in question. Also in question is the cost of renting this property when clearly there are cosmetic and functional issues that need to be addressed. We still had a great time. Pools were a bit chilly but not surprised. Trams to beach were awesome. Bikes that came with rental definitely a plus. Gave checkin process 4 out of 5 stars as we had difficulty finding where to go to checkin. Might have been communication regarding location that I may have missed. Finally, 30A communication from beginning to end was on point.

Beautiful property with great floor plan for a family

My family had a nice week during spring break. The weather was beautiful not too hot. The property was in a good location. The property was very clean upon arrival. we did get locked out our last day because the lock was broken on the front door. The property manager was very helpful and responded very quickly and no time we were back in the property and was able to enjoy the rest of our last day.

Aside from the dismal cleaning job, we really only had one issue, no shower door or curtain for one of the bathroom showers. Other than that, it was a great property with a great layout and location!! I would recommend the property management find a new cleaning svc as the patio furniture/grill were not usable.

Great spot for family!

This home and community could not have been better for our party of 6 adults, 4 kids, 2 infants. The pool is a short 5 minute walk (with kids and strollers) and the beach is just a 10 minute walk. Both were incredible and easily accessible. The home was super clean, incredibly decorated, and accommodated us perfectly. The 3rd flood deck was great for viewing the stunning sunset! We loved all of the outdoor options. We will most definitely be back!

A wonderful vacation!

All Decked Out was exactly as advertised. A beautiful home right near the Seacrest Village. We rented to extra bikes for our kids and we’re able to bike all over Seacrest and Rosemary. We can’t wait to go back!
