Guest access
Guests will have full and private access to the entire home they have booked, including the private backyard, and all listed amenities. Please note that two closets in the unit are kept locked for owner storage and the garage is not accessible to guests. You will also have access to the shared community swimming pool and neighborhood dock.

Booking Requirements:
To finalize your reservation, you will be required to sign a rental agreement, provide ID verification, and authorize a $1,000 security hold (this is a temporary hold, not a charge). This is completed through a secure third-party guest portal, NOT VRBO. As an alternative option, you may purchase a non-refundable damage waiver for $59.

Beach Gear:
There is no beach gear provided. Please bring your own beach chairs, toys, towels, & cart.

Safety & Security:
Your safety is our priority. The home is equipped with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher. For security, front door camera with door bell, driveway with garage camera, sides of the house, and backyard. 150 lb. limit per bunk bed (ceiling fan deactivated in room for safety.

Local Wildlife:
Please note that our property is located in a coastal environment. While we have regular pest control, you may encounter small animals or insects native to the area.
