This deluxe sized unit offers almost 1,300 square feet of coastal living space. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless-steel appliances and has everything you need to cook meals for family and friends. There is an indoor dining table, perfect for playing a game or enjoying a meal, as well as additional breakfast bar seating. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating with breathtaking views of the gulf, a large television, and access to the unit's private balcony where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a cocktail overlooking the beach. The gulf front master bedroom offers a King size bed, television, and its own private ensuite bathroom featuring double sinks, walk-in shower, large whirlpool tub, separate dressing area, and spacious walk-in closet. Additional parking is available in a nearby public lot with a daily or weekly fee. - Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit. - Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation. - Beach towels, chairs, & equipment are not provided. Guests must bring their own. (IF guests leave behind beach chairs, toys, etc. we will leave for other guests to enjoy. However, we do not inventory or stock these items.) - We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue. - *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less. - Reservations that are 28 nights or greater in length require 60 day cancellation notice to receive refund less $200 cancellation fee.
