You have a spacious living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen.
-Bedroom 1 = 1 king bed, private bathroom
-The living room couch pulls out to a queen-size sleeper sofa.
-There is also a laundry room with a washer/dryer on the 1st Floor.

**2nd FLOOR
-Bedroom 2 = Master bedroom with King Bed and private bath and private walk out balcony, SMART TV, front street view/ocean view.
-Bedroom 3 = Queen Size Bed, shared bathroom with BR4, SMART TV,
-Bedroom 4 = Queen Size Bed, shared bathroom with BR3 ^, SMART TV

*A starter set of toiletries is included with every guest stay and includes paper towels, toilet tissue, conditioning shampoo, and bar soap for each bathroom, laundry soap for the washer and dryer, dishwasher soap, and liquid dish soap.

*Check-in time starts at 4:00 pm
*Check-out time is 10:00 am

EASY CHECK-IN VIA KEYPAD. No keys needed. Code and more instructions provided after booking confirmation. This code is reset after each guest’s stay.

*If you'd like to enjoy our GAS GRILL and GAS FIRE PIT an additional fee of $50 will apply. This charge includes one propane tank for the grill and one for the fire pit. Extra refills are available at $25 per tank.

*2 GRACO PACK&PLAY TRAVEL CRIBS PROVIDED. We recommend bringing your own bedding, though. We rely on our guests to let us know if they used it and we do not provide linens for it (on purpose- health and safety reasons)

***Our base price is for 12 guests ( adults or children above 2yo). Extra guest fee will be added for any additional guest - $25 per guest, per night. Please be honest and specify the correct amount of guests when you booking. This charge is for extra cleaning, extra use of beddings, towels, water, electricity and normal wear and tear. Thank you!
