Check in & check out times elevators are extremely slow, very small, and one didn’t work the entire stay. The door code was not working which was handled quickly. Upon entry the placed was as described but not clean. Floor was extremely dirty to where my son’s feet were brown & my new white socks were basically black. Hair on the floor that wasn’t mine. Both showers had hair in the bottom, fans were thick with dust, under all the beds thick with dust/hair, etc. Not clean at all. I sent pictures which they sent out the same lady the next day where some areas were addressed but the floor had still not been moped or swept. I purposely left dirt in certain areas to see if the place was actually cleaned and those places were not cleaned. My son even had toys under an ottoman that would have been moved to clean if she cleaned properly. Management said they never had issues with her so they weren’t sending out anyone else but sending ME a mop & broom to clean to my standards! It wasn’t a standards issue it was a cleaner not cleaning properly. I wasn’t offered a refund for the cleaning fee till I had to express how unhappy I was when I sent a multitude of pictures showing the issues & was only refunded half of the fee. We also found a sock that wasn’t ours on the floor between the couches! There was also a water main break where we had no water/air for two days. They only refunded us for ONE day. We won’t be coming back with the elevator & cleaning issues. Don’t recommend!
