Golfers, don't forget your clubs! Adjacent to Laketown Wharf is Signal Hill Golf course. It's a really fun course to play, 18 holes par 72. There is also a Putting green and a Pickleball Court onsite. Must be at least 23 years old to reserve. Please note: Laketown Wharf does not allow pets for short-term renters. Owner managed.

The master bedroom features a king size bed and walk in closet. The bedroom also has a 40" flat screen TV and access to the large balcony facing the beach. The master bathroom features a walk-in shower and separate garden tub for relaxing at the end of a long beach day. The second bedroom also has a king size bed with a 42" flat screen TV and the open bunk room has twin size bunk beds. The second bathroom is in the hallway across from the bunk area, so it is easily accessible from the second bedroom, living room, and bunk area. This unit has been newly painted and redecorated to offer you the best beach experience for the best value in this area. All of the mattresses are new and so is all the living room furniture. The living room features a large 50" flat screen TV with HD cable channels. The large private balcony is also accessible from the living room, so you can walk right out to cool breeze of the gulf. You will feel right at home as soon as you walk in. The stacked washer and dryer can also be found in the hallway in its own separate utility closet.

The kitchen area is fully equipped with dishes and pots/pans perfect for cooking a full meal or enjoying a snack during your break from the beach. It includes an over-the-stove microwave and a dishwasher, so more time is spent with the family. You will also find a new Keurig for those late-night coffees or early morning sunrises on the balcony. There is a dining room table that accommodates three and the kitchen island has 3 bar chairs for extra seating as well.

Guests enjoy secure covered parking in the onsite parking garage and a covered walkway to the building, with access to several large modern elevators. The onsite restaurants offer a variety of quick snacks, including gourmet lunches, fresh salads, buffet dinners and more.
Onsite are five pools with one being a kiddie pool with fountains. Whether it's strolling on the beach, snorkeling, para-sailing or fishing, close by you'll find opportunities to enjoy everything there is to do in, under, above, or on the water. An onsite fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment includes a steam room and a sauna with gulf views. Laketown Wharf's amenities are second to none, boasting a bar and grill by the main pool along with an all you can eat seafood buffet. Onsite is 810 Billiards and Bowling. **Wristbands/Parking: Wristbands/Parking: All Occupants 13 years and older must have a wristband to utilize property amenities. There is a one-time resort fee of $103.66 per reservation. A link will be sent from Laketown Wharf to the primary guest to provide guests information so that all wristbands are activated and ready the day you arrive. Our condo has a max capacity of 9 guest. The registration also includes 2 parking passes that you can print before you arrive or can be printed at the concierge desk in the lobby. The wristbands will be in the condo.
Please Note: If a wristband is lost, you will need to go to the lobby for a replacement. The replacement cost is $25.00. If the band breaks or does not work there is no charge for a replacement.
