Just Beachy, Sunbird 708E will let you spend your next Panama City Beach, Florida getaway watching the waves crash against the sugar white sands and bask in beachfront bliss! This one bedroom/one bathroom beachfront vacation rental is located on the 7th floor in the East Tower so you are within steps of the East Tower pool, grilling area and steps to the beach. "Just Beachy" comfortably sleeps 4-two on the beachfront queen sized sofa sleeper (great room) and two on the king bed in the master bedroom. Walk to World Famous Pineapple Willy's located next door to Sunbird Resort and enjoy lunch or a beautiful sunset dinner from the pier.

Note: Sunbird sustained damage during Hurricane Isaias in October 2026. Repairs to the property are ongoing and are expected to be completed by Spring 2027. The center pool is closed for safety and you may hear construction noise on weekdays. Otherwise, your vacation won't be affected by the repairs. Thanks for your patience as Sunbird makes the necessary repairs.

A 2-3 night minimum stay is required. Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets. No smoking or vaping inside condo.

Registration (Parking & Armbands) is paid separately via the Park N Spot App. Parking is limited to one space per condo. Parking rules are strictly enforced by the Condo Association. Unregistered vehicles are subject to towing or booting without notice. Registration averages around $60 per stay

The Coastal Retreat Main bedroom's whimsical coastal decor is casual and inviting. You'll feel relaxed as soon as you step in. Because of your location and access to the balcony from the master bedroom, it's almost like sleeping right on the beach! You'll feel like you are sleeping on a cloud with our extra comfy mattress and soft luxury bedding. The bedroom has a large flat screen TV, too.

Your modern gourmet kitchen has high end counter tops and cabinetry, a glass top range, a microwave/range hood combo, a full sized refrigerator and everything else you'll need to whip up a quick snack or a gourmet meal. You can see the pool and beach from the kitchen so you'll never feel left out while you are doing kitchen duty.

The bathroom has a tub/shower combo with a single vanity. You'll love our fluffy white towels, too. The perfect place to wash away your cares. A hair dryer is furnished for your convenience.

Get to the beach FAST! This condo is just steps from the beach. You'll love the beach mobility mat that makes getting down to the water easy-peasy. Sunbird is a gated community with three pools, sunning decks, tennis court, pickleball courts, shuffleboard, on-site fitness center and charcoal barbecue grills for poolside cook-outs. Restaurants and attractions are located nearby. Just walk next door to World Famous Pineapple Willy's for barbecue ribs or seafood, and enjoy a delightful sunset dinner from his pier or make it a lunchtime treat!
