Willkommen in der buchstäblich schönsten Wohnung in Origins in Seahaven!  Unsere hochwertige Wohnung verfügt über alle neuen Holz-Schiefer-Fliesenböden, verbesserte Möbel, Tonnen von High-End-Upgrades wie Brunnen, Sofagarnitur im Wohnzimmer und aktualisierte Möbel.  Diese Wohnung bietet auch einen privaten Zugang zu einer riesigen privaten Dachterrasse von 1800 SF, die nur mit einer anderen Wohnung in der gesamten Gemeinschaft geteilt wird! 

Diese luxuriöse Wohnung verfügt über 3 sehr große Schlafzimmer, die jeweils über ein Kingsize-Bett und 2 Queensize-Schlafsofas verfügen! 

Bei Blue Swell verwenden wir ein sehr luxuriöses High-End-Produkt mit 450 Fadenzahlen, ein enormes Badetuch von 30 x 58 Zoll und das hochwertigste Amenity-Produkt in Panama City Beach, Gilchrist und Soames. Our Spring break with family..

Our stay at this location was amazing! I would have to say that this was one of our best bookings we have had. The unit was very clean & spacious. Everything was very well stocked & it was very cozy & comfortable! Omg the rooftop was very breathtaking & peaceful. We will definitely be booking this unit again for our future plans. Thanks for a wonderful Spring break for my family!

First time to the area and we absolutely loved it! The condo was just as described! Everyone enjoyed the view and we even got to enjoy the jets flying overhead! The heated pool was great to have since we only got to go to the ocean one day with every other day having double red flags! The staff was extremely nice and helpful

30th bday trip

6 adults stayed for a 30th birthday trip. The room was clean, but I’d ask house cleaning to move the large dining table to clean under more often. We had towels, etc on each bed when we arrived. We were able to request a 3rd parking pass, in the outdoor over flow parking when we arrived. The balcony is beautiful. The pool was shaded until after lunch due to the sun rising behind the condo. Communication with the rental team was very quick and easy over chat. We all agreed we’d stay again. Hotel staff and elevators were fast (especially for a penthouse ride).

Thanksgiving 2024

This was our 2nd thanksgiving in PCB and both times we stayed in 1601 origins. It is 3 bed 21/2 bath with a large kitchen and living room. The guests share a bath and the master has its own. It’s real comfortable and everything works. The roof access over looking the beach is pretty awesome but we hit some cooler weather this year. Overall is a good place and a fair price. We will probably be back as we have friends with condos in origins. Oh, beach is right across street and is beautiful all year round. Lots of security in the building but seems like a pretty safe place in November.

I hate to do this, but cleanliness & upkeep was missing

We always have more great experiences than bad ones, so this one is not going to be fun. The location & check in was great! The communication via text & email was great! However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness & upkeep of the rental. The kitchen had a skillet that had been placed back in cabinet w/out the burned stuff scrubbed off. The sliding glass door to the outdoor sitting area was so hard to open that only the men could manage to get it open. 1 of the bathroom shower curtains had so much of the 'orangish' mildew on the bottom of the curtain that the stench was awful. (It's too EZ to run it through hot water once in a while & rehang), There was old, splashed pop(?) up on the side of the nice leather couch. Most of the floor lights & tables had so much dust on them that you could write your name in the dust. We were left with only 1 tablet to do our dishes with. Seemed a bit too thrifty for what we paid & that we were staying 2 nights. I went to retrieve a hair thingy out of the bathtub & ending up pulling a WAD of hair that it had grabbed onto in the drain. Just nasty & disgusting. The larger table in front of the couch outside has seen its final days with lots of worn-out rusty spots on top. The cart that was available to assist unloading had nasty corroded stuff in & on it. The signage said that we had trash chutes on 'every' floor... but we didn't on the 16th. I have pics if anyone (Mgt/owners) would like to see. I hated to write this.

One of the property managers will open the employees Stairs to the roof Where the pet house is, and let his 20 friends come watch the airshow that aren't even staying at the hotel. It was very easy to check in. The location is close to everything. The amount of space for 3 couples was perfect. The view from the mail deck is lovely. We did have to call security on the next door neighbors due to young adults having a crazy big party. But they handled that right away. The pool was clean and nice. We will definitely stay here again!

Best View!

This condo has the best view of all we have stayed at in Origin. Condo itself was nice and very spacious. Lots of glass items through out the place. There was a lamp that was plug in and smelled burning and it was unplugged with no issues. We did alert Blue Swell of this issue. Hopefully they took the lamp out of the condo and to the trash! It shocked my husband when he went to unplug it. We asked for a early check in and they wanted to charge us for it. We felt that was quite ridiculous. Other than that, everything was up to par with the list. Hope everyone in the future enjoys there stay here!

Great location with beautiful ocean views! Has access from balcony to a big porch on the rooftop, this fact eliminates the feeling of being high above ground when you’re on the balcony (16th floor). Condo has a lot of space and is well stocked! The overall condo appearance and privacy curtains does show some signs of worn out.. Dishes was not very clean. Overall we liked this place and would definitely consider coming back!

A little piece of heaven….

We had about a nine hour drive from Kentucky and got there maybe an hour or so early. That wasn’t a problem at all. The condo was beautiful! And most important WE WERE NEVER DISTURBED BY OTHER OCCUPANTS in neighboring condos. It was very peaceful out on the terrace. Target and Walmart are literally 5 minutes away, and a shopping strip was near by as well. There is more shopping and restaurants close to the pier. My only hang up was there is a little construction farther down the strip close to the pier. But all in all I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS CONDO for families. We had the best time in Panama! Thank you!!!

Family Spring Break Vacation 2022

Thoroughly enjoyed our Family Vacation! Very spacious and plenty of room for everyone and everything decorated so nice. The ocean views are beautiful and the beach is just across the street. Heated pool and game room is a plus. The host responds immediately if you need anything. We are looking forward to our next vacation.

The view !!!

The listening wasn’t quiet accurate. We were surprised when we arrived to bunk beds in one of the room. Which wasn’t listed in the photos. However it worked out perfectly fine. The view was amazing. The place was decently clean except the master bed room shower. All and all I would definitely stay here again. It was truly perfect.

When I rent any Vrbo doing a business trip or personal I always record my 1st entry walk thur.I didn't expect to have no where to park in the garage I had to call security to find out where there and additional parking which was next to the property and uncovered parking lot.The property grounds where clean. Unit is right across the street of Sharky's. Entered in the condo not sure if someone had pervious smoked in the unit or could have been someone in the unit next door which cause the smell of cigarette smoke. Me personally have bad allergies I alway bring my humidifier just in case. I checked the appliances and everything was clean but oven glass door was cracked. We did get a message about do not over stuffing the fridge. Fridge works perfect just insure that the bottom right corner of the door it push closed.The 3br 2 1/2 with a Jack and Jill bath had enough room for everyone. This unit is great for large familys.Now the owner do have a cleaning guide in a binder you can see how far this unit have evolved. The view was wonderful from the roof top terrace you could see everything. It was great Blue Swell already had the 2 parking pass for the garage and the overflow lot in the room also wristband that has to be on you at all times. Please remember to put your parking pass in the window or you will get a violation ticket or your car or towed. I had mine at the top of my mirror but I got back late that night and forgot to swing it around so it may drop down. Because everyone do not need to know where im staying. A simple mistake so the next morning at 1am violation ticket was placed on my car by security. Trash chutes or on the 13th floor or lower signsare on the walls right in front of the elevator. Over all the stay was ok considering the weather and we all know there is no control over that. Great family unit!
