The Space:

This stunning, spacious home sits in Seacrest Beach, conveniently located on 30A between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, and within easy reach of Seaside, Seagrove, WaterColor, and Grayton Beach. Enjoy peek-a-boo Gulf views from the primary bedroom balcony, and either walk to the private beach or hop on the community tram. The home opens onto 30A's pedestrian sidewalk, putting the shops, restaurants, and entertainment that make 30A famous right at your doorstep.

Dining & Coffee: Walkable to Rosemary Beach Town Center (shops, restaurants, Bartlett Square) and The Village of South Walton within Seacrest Beach itself (restaurants, shops, and Peddlers Pavilion)

Groceries & Essentials: Publix at Watersound - roughly 5 minute drive

Rosemary Beach Town Center is walkable from the house
