Enjoy peek-a-boo Gulf views from the primary bedroom balcony, and either walk to the private beach or hop on the community tram. The home opens onto 30A's pedestrian sidewalk, putting the shops, restaurants, and entertainment that make 30A famous right at your doorstep.
