**CONSTRUCTION NOTICE – PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING**

Grandview East is currently undergoing scheduled building maintenance and exterior concrete repairs. While the majority of the more disruptive work associated with the initial phase has been completed, construction will remain ongoing over the coming months.

Guests should be aware that:

• Construction activity and intermittent noise may occur during permitted working hours.
• Upcoming work will include exterior repairs performed using swing-stage equipment. • Work is currently planned to progress from the 05 stack, followed by the 04, 03, 02, and 01 stacks.
• During certain phases, balcony access may be temporarily restricted depending on the location of active work.
• Pool and beach access may be temporarily impacted or rerouted as additional safety precautions are implemented for overhead work. The association is working with the City regarding requirements intended to allow access to remain available whenever safely possible.
• Construction schedules and amenity availability are subject to change without notice due to weather, safety requirements, contractor scheduling, and conditions discovered as work progresses.
• The association currently anticipates the exterior swing-stage portion of the project will take approximately three months once that phase begins, although all timelines are estimates and may change.
