This well-appointed 2-story, 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome is ideally located just a 7-minute walk to the sugar-white sands and emerald waters at Beach Access #72. Designed for both relaxation and convenience, this home offers a laid-back stay near the Gulf while tucked into a quieter area of Panama City Beach.

Portside V4 is perfect for guests traveling with pets, with a dog-friendly beach nearby so your furry companions can enjoy the Gulf too. The resort-style setting features three pools (one heated seasonally), a hot tub, tennis courts, pickleball, a fitness center, and a clubhouse. A tennis court sits just outside the townhome, and one of the pools is only a few steps away.

Inside, the townhome boasts a bright, open-concept layout with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for four, and three bar-height seats at the breakfast counter. The living area includes a large flat-screen TV and comfortable seating for winding down after a beach day. Upstairs, two spacious bedrooms accommodate up to six guests, complemented by two full bathrooms, a half bath on the main level, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Step outside to the private patio for morning coffee or evening downtime.

The location puts you just 3 miles from Pier Park, giving you easy access to shopping, dining, entertainment, seasonal events, and the fishing pier. Public transportation along Bay Way makes getting around simple, with $0.75 rides to and from Pier Park.

A Benchmark initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Temporary Parking Lot Maintenance Notice:
Portside Resort is scheduled to repave its parking lots beginning in mid-September. The project is expected to take approximately 10 days, weather permitting. During this time, certain parking areas may be temporarily closed, and vehicles and golf carts will not be permitted in affected areas for up to 24 hours after work is completed. Guests may need to park in an alternate area and walk to their condo. The schedule is tentative and subject to change due to weather or project conditions.
