From Derek: Man this place was definitely the best choice. My family enjoyed the over sized swim spa in the backyard more then the water park. lol. All you will need basically is food this place has everything you could think of . They had beach towels, chairs all the cooking supplies and nothing was on the cheap side . The owner took there time making sure you needed nothing at all so it’s stress free if u forgot anything. Walmart is only 15 minutes away as well.

Booking and Stay Guidelines

Thank you for considering our home for your stay! To ensure a seamless experience and maintain our property to the highest standard, please take note of the following:

Guest Verification
After booking, you’ll complete a quick and easy guest verification through Truvi, a trusted third-party provider. This step helps us stay compliant with short-term rental regulations and ensures peace of mind for both our guests and property. Truvi will contact you via email or text, and we kindly ask you to complete this within 48 hours of booking (or immediately for instant bookings). You’ll have the option of choosing between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.

House Rules
No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are not permitted indoors.
No Parties or Unauthorized Guests: The primary booker must be at least 18 years old and must stay on-site.
No glitters. They are impossible to remove. You will be charged for extra cleaning.
Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet time between 10 PM and 7 AM. We have a noise monitor so we can keep our neighbors happy during quiet time.
Commercial Use: No photography or filming without prior approval.
Swim Spa Use: Follow posted swim spa rules and avoid turning off the breaker.
Thermostat: Please keep the Honeywell thermostat at 74°F and never below 68°F to prevent coil freezing.
Trash Days: Trash pickup is Tuesday and Friday mornings. Kindly place bins at the curb the night before.
Amenities and Safety
Smart TVs: Available in all rooms. Bring your own logins and remember to log out before departure.
Security Features: For your safety, we have Ring Doorbell and outdoor security cameras (front, side, and backyard).
Child Safety: While welcoming to families, the home is not fully childproof (e.g., open tubs, accessible objects). Please supervise children closely.
Plumbing Caution: Only flush toilet paper to avoid damage to the system. Guests are responsible for costs associated with improper disposal.
