Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, featuring updated stainless-steel appliances and a living area with pullout sofa and fabulous beach views. The bedroom offers a Queen-size bed and also has views of the sugar white sands and emerald green waters. Wash off the salt and sand after a day at the beach in Oceanna's convenient outdoor shower and take a dip in the swimming pool while grilling out watching the sunset. This unit is a great, affordable option for families on a budget, wanting to disconnect, or for those who enjoy PCB the way it was back in "the good ol' days!" (There is a coin-operated laundry facility located across the street in the main building.)

- This unit has 2 Smart TVs, but no cable or Wi-Fi. Guests should bring a hot spot if they wish to use the televisions.
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 21 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Only 1 vehicle allowed per HOA restrictions.
- Beach towels, chairs, & equipment are not provided. Guests must bring their own. (IF guests leave behind beach chairs, toys, etc. we will leave for other guests to enjoy. However, we do not inventory or stock these items.)
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
