Double check appliances
When we got there the front fest was not friend at all, the dish washer was broken. A light fixture had a loos screw so it fell. There was a fire next to our room or at least close to it. We had to get out and walk 6 floors thinking something bad was gonna happen had to get out of our rooms to wait outside. Other the. That it was okay but won’t come

Dumpster fire
Beds were uncomfortable, pillows had stains, fake leather sofa material was peeling, most of the overhead lights and outlets did not work, we had to tighten screws on dining chairs because they were wobbly, barely any kitchen cooking utensils/pans, but the worst was when we discovered one of the bunk bed mattresses was wet and smelled like pee! They sure made it look good in pictures online but this place was an absolute dumpster and we couldn’t get any response from the property manager and the “happy stays” app provided no help or way to communicate with the host and would not email/resend my password. Absolutely would NOT recommend.

Worn down, money making property with decent location.
The pictures look great, but clearly little to no money has been invested in keeping up the property since it’s initial rehab. Kitchen had broken cabinets, and leaky dishwasher, broken drawers, minimal supplies. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Minimal towels. Everything just looked really beat up.

The refrigerator was not cool enough.
freezer worked well. dishwasher would not turn on.
Couch was torn up. Curtain was not hanging on wall, bracket was missing. Bedspread in master bedroom room had a stain on it. None of the clocks worked. One of the draws in kitchen was broken. Patio furniture was rusted. Bunk beds were not stable.
Room was convenient to parking. Directions to get in and what to do was good.
Water went out for 2 hours and weren’t told ahead of time. Carpet in family room was a trip hazard.
Convient to beach.Lamp in master bedroom did not work. Sconces on beds did not work had to get batteries. Showers were good.

Short Birthday Getaway
My husband ,daughter and I arrived and checked in. I realized I didnt have the code to get in the condomy fault. I contacted the owner and very quickly I got a respond with it. Condo was clean but had some normal wear. I enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others.

Great Communication
The room was nice and the communication between the host on answering any questions was a quick responds. The only thing I didn't care for is having to spend another almost $120 for arm bands to have access to the amenities of the property that we never use because we never use them.

Great Stay!
This property was great and was in a fantastic location! The check in process was very confusing and took awhile. Our group arrived in two seperate vehicles at two seperate times and security would not let the second car through (glad the building is secure- wish it would have been less secure in the moment ). Overall it was a great place and the owners were readily accessible by email!

Condo worked well for our family of five. All in all it was nice. The condo was a little dinged up here and there, all cosmetic… moldings, chair rails, etc. Everything within the condo worked well and the location was good.
The resort it self could use some attention. Multiple elevators were down for maintenance during our stay. Not to mention the nearest stairwell was closed. We did enjoy the multiple pools and hot tubs.
Our family loved having the beach and Pineapple Willys directly across the street.

We had a great time at Laketown Wharf 633. The condo was exactly as listed and was well supplied with all we needed for our stay. The host was very thorough on check in/out procedures and gave us recommendations on local things to do. The beds were very comfy and the towels/bedding were very nice. The condo was spacious enough for our party of 8. Pineapple Willy’s is right across the street and beach access is a very short walk. Walmart is also within walking distance. The pools were lovely but unfortunately were too cold to swim (1st week of October). The elevators were quick and parking was available on the 6th floor of the parking garage making it super easy to unload our things.
The only negatives were the floors were dirty and our feet were black within a short time of walking on them. We had to wear our shoes the entire time. Also, the shower water never got hot and most of the time we only had cold water. The kitchen sink water however was so hot it would burn you. Also the bunk bed seemed very wobbly and unstable. We didn’t use the top bunk because we were scared of it falling. Lastly, the front door isn’t able to be locked from the inside and we had a 2 year old in our group that was able to open the front door.
Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this condo to our friends!

The condo was nice but not as great as it seemed.
For starters the room was a great size and layout for our needs. We were disappointed to find trash under the beds and in the bathroom. The light show is not that great which I know is not the owner of this condos fault but it was advertised as a Las Vegas light show and it’s definitely not. The ease of the walk to the beach was not great at all especially for the wait time on elevators with a 2 year old. We over heard that they are getting new elevators so hopefully that gets better. It was great parking in the 6th floor parking garage and walking straight over to the room. The kids pool was fun, but all of the toys were broken and you couldn’t squirt water with them. There is also a hair dryer advertised and there wasn’t one anywhere in the room. Overall we had a good time getting away for the week and the size and layout of the room was great and appliances were top of the line! Just need some miscellaneous things looked at. Especially elevators and making sure you truly have all kitchen utensils and hair dryer if you advertise as such.

Amazing stay
It was great experience, place was clean , rooms were big, Aneliya was very responsive and answered all our queries. This is prime location of property, parking garage has connection to each of the property floor until 6 or 8th floor. So better to park to respective floor and then park all through the bridge.Escalator wait times are longer but that is expected given the size of property. Wrist bands and passes are given at reception.

Horrible stay! didn’t feel safe!!
Where do I begin, upon arrival to the property they sent check in instruction to go to another location and get the parking pass and wrist bands off the door. When we got there we were told to go check in at the resort. Once we got to the resort the check in process was terrible. I waited 45 minutes to a hour just to check in. Once we checked into the room and walked in the whole space was dirty. The kitchen countertops had left over crumbs so I know they didn’t wipe down anything. There was a few broken items in the room also that I brought to attention. The ad says one bedroom has a queen bed. That is not the case it is a full with no box springs and the mattress itself came over on the mayflower. The first night I checked the “queen” beds sheets and they were dirty. There was hair in the sheets and a sweat ring of whoever stayed last. We asked for new sheets and never got them. The sink in that bedroom did not drain either. They sent someone out to fix it and they said it was fixed when it was not. We had to have another maintenance guy come out and he finally fixed it. The pans and dishes in the kitchen had not been washed either. The only frying pan in the place had burnt eggs left behind. There was a coffee cup with the eggs still in them “clean” in the cabinet. When waking around in the unit your feet turn black within 10 minutes, I don’t think the floors have been cleaned in a few months.
Now let’s talk location, you can’t walk around outside without getting a contact high with all the marijuana smell. Every time I went outside that’s all I could smell. There was always some chaos going on. I was terrified to be outside past dark. There was always a heavy police presence from everything going on. I didn’t even feel safe going down to the pool without my husband durning the day. The final straw for us was the night before check out. When we got back from dinner there was cops everywhere with bullet proof vests, we asked the front gate what was going on and they assured me it wasn’t anything “serious.” We immediately packed up and left a day early. After we left I saw online that there was been gang violence so I guess that is normal violence for the resort as they classified it as “not serious.”
As you can see this was not a vacation for us, we spent 75% of our trip cleaning and washing sheets while being charged a cleaning fee. I will never stay here again!!
