ABOUT THE HOME: Welcome to paradise. This renovated end unit features a 10x27 ft convex balcony, which means you have views to the east and west as far as the eye can see! A gulf front condo that is furnished with everything you need and an assigned parking spot. Immediately upon entering your vacation condo you will feel the stresses of the day melt away, starting with the open split floor plan featuring a Gulf front living room with floor to ceiling glass doors leading to your private balcony! This unit has been completely renovated, from the well-appointed furnishings and decor, new tile flooring throughout, walk in custom showers and the most breathtaking views from the 20th floor.

Although you will likely spend majority of your time outside on "World's Most Beautiful Beaches", when the sun goes down and you're ready to come inside, everyone can spend time together watching the sunset, sipping on a cold drink, or spending some downtime with the family, and enjoying a board game.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, flat screen tv and access to the balcony with your own floor to ceiling glass door. At the opposite end of the unit is the second bedroom also suited with a king bed, and access to an oversize "Jack n Jill” Style bathroom. As a bonus, this end unit provides a window facing east with views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico!

ABOUT THE AREA: Onsite are two pools: one that is heated and both are located on the gulf side on the ground floor in addition to a large hot tub. The property also features an exercise room, sauna, and steam room. You can also find an onsite pavilion with BBQ grills. Whether it's strolling on the beach, snorkeling, parasailing, or fishing, close by you'll find opportunities to enjoy everything there is to do in, under, above, or on the water.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

Wonderful vacation!

We were pleasantly impressed with the condo unit. Exactly how the pictures show! The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with every item your home would have. The balcony was furnished with great furniture and of course the view was beautiful!! We arrived with terrible weather but we were able to extend our stay with a helpful, efficient call. Looking forward to return someday!!

Favorite Emerald Isle condo yet

This place is gorgeous. So beautifully decorated, higher floor and you can see all the turkeys, dolphins and fish in the water. It is our new favorite condo.

Condo on the beach

30a beach girls run a great management company, communication was great, condo was outstanding. My only complaint is that once we arrived it was an additional fee to use the parking space. Overall 10 stars !!!!!!
