The gourmet kitchen is a cook's dream featuring new high-end appliances, custom cabinetry, all new dishes, and drinkware. The kitchen is so well appointed that preparing a meal of any kind will be a breeze. The large dining table seats 6 with overflow seating at the kitchen bar for extra guests. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa and a new 55” TV.

The master bedroom is a quiet haven with new furniture – new king-size bed, new TV and the stunning views of the gulf from the floor to ceiling sliding doors. The master bathroom is designed with a low entry tile shower with a corner bench, new custom cabinets, new countertops, and lighting for that spa like feel. Parking Details:
- This unit comes with 1 assigned parking spot. Overflow parking is in the parking garage below the units or at the adjacent covered overflow parking and a covered walkway to the 3rd floor, with access to four large modern elevators.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Amazing!

This place was so comfy, it had everything you could possibly need for cooking meals. The bed was super comfortable. Everything was just amazing. Elevators are super fast too. The one and only thing is please replace that door lock/code. I never once was able to open it, a family member had to do it and it took at least 3 times before it would actually open. Very frustrating. Otherwise super great condo.
