Resort-Style Lagoon Pool
Spend your days at the Community’s iconic 12,000-square-foot resort-style lagoon pool, one of the largest private community pools in Florida!. Surrounded by palm trees, cabana-style seating, shaded lounging areas, and beautifully landscaped grounds, it offers plenty of space for families and groups to relax. Guests can enjoy casual poolside dining from the Seacrest Beach Café and snack bar just steps away. Beyond swimming, the grassy amphitheater hosts seasonal community events including concerts, movie nights, fitness classes, and family-friendly gatherings, creating a vibrant yet relaxed resort atmosphere. The pool is sun-heated and open year-round from 9 AM–9:45 PM.

Guest Access
Guests have full access to Capri Palms via a private entry. The home includes covered parking for up to 3 vehicles, with additional free street parking available in front of the property. Inside, guests will enjoy access to all living spaces, bedrooms, outdoor areas, and community amenities (with required guest registration). Everything is designed for a smooth, easy arrival and comfortable stay. Please note this community requires a Guest Registration Form to be completed prior to arrival in order to access community amenities, including the pool and beach shuttle service.

Interaction
We are available via messaging throughout your stay and happy to assist with any questions or needs. While Capri Palms offers a private, self-check-in experience, guests will complete a required community registration prior to arrival to receive parking passes and wristbands for access to the pool, beach tram, and other amenities.

On-site community staff and security are also available within Seacrest Beach to support a safe and well-managed guest experience.

*IMPORTANT COMMUNITY & HOUSE POLICIES*
Please note that this community requires a Guest Registration Form to be completed prior to arrival in order to access community amenities, including the Lagoon Pool, Private Beach Access, and Tram Service. The registration link will be sent after booking and must be completed as soon as possible to ensure a smooth check-in process and quick access to all the great amenities the community has to offer.

Weddings are strictly prohibited at this home. Parties, events or gatherings exceeding the registered guest count are also not permitted. If these policies are violated, guests may be required to vacate the property, forfeit rental payments, and may be subject to HOA, community, or other applicable fines. Bachelorette parties and small celebrations are welcome as long as they follow the home’s occupancy limits and community guidelines. Please be respectful of our home and our neighbors during your stay. To help us keep the home beautiful for all guests, please do not use glitter, confetti, or decorations that may leave behind residue or require additional cleanup. Tape, nails, hooks, or adhesives that may damage walls or surfaces are not permitted. Additional cleaning fees may be charged for violations of these guidelines.

Smoking, vaping, and the use of tobacco products are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Community quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. On-site security staff monitor the community and may take action if excessive noise or disruptive activity continues after quiet hours begin.

Tram Operating Season: Daily from March through October from 9:00 AM to roughly 5:30 PM. The Seacrest Tram service provides transportation throughout the neighborhood, offering convenient rides between designated tram stops, the beach, and the Lagoon Pool. The tram runs continuously throughout the day during the operating season. For the closest tram stop to the house, simply walk out the front door and turn right to find Tram Stop A7. To request a pickup, call the number listed on the tram stop sign. The tram typically arrives within fifteen minutes. The last pickup from the beach is typically 5:30 PM. If you miss the last tram it is ~10 minute walk back to the house.

All guests, members, and renters 8 years of age and older must have and wear a valid wristband to access the Lagoon Pool, Private Beach Access, and Tram Service. The cost to replace a lost or stolen wristband is $20.



Getting Around
Getting around from Capri Palms is easy and convenient. A car is not necessary during your stay if you prefer not to have one. Guests can easily walk or bike to most nearby destinations. The private deeded beach access is approximately a 10-minute walk from the home, and the community lagoon pool is just a 5-minute walk away. Guests can also take advantage of the seasonal complimentary tram service, which picks up nearby and provides direct access to both the beach and the lagoon pool.

Most guests walk or bike to nearby Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and Peddler’s Pavilion, where dining, shopping, and entertainment are just minutes away. Bikes are a popular way to explore the entire 30A corridor. Please note that golf carts are not permitted within Seacrest, Rosemary, or Alys Beach communities.
