Welcome to C-Breeze, a stunning 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom updated condo in Tower II at Edgewater. Located on the 8th floor, you'll enjoy a sweeping view of the Gulf from the spacious living room and private balcony.

C-Breeze's living room offers comfy seating, a smart TV, and access to the private balcony. The kitchen and dining area are adjacent and offer all you need for meals and snacks along with seating for up to nine people. A washer and dryer plus free, high speed internet are available for guest convenience.

The master bedroom features a king bed, smart TV, closet and en suite bathroom with a shower, tub and vanity. In the guest room, you'll find two queen beds, smart TV, closet and access to the second bathroom that offers a tub/shower combination and vanity.

Be ready for your vacation to begin as soon as you are on property! Our team will put your pre-scheduled groceries away and get your drinks cold before your arrival.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $300 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No smoking or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two vehicles.
