Private fenced in yard with Weber Grill and outdoor dining table and seating areas and evening solar lights! A mile to downtown Rosemary, shopping and incredible dining options! Walking distance to the Donut Hole, Shades Bar & Grill, Shaka Sushi and Noodle House, Destin Seafood Ice Market 30A, Goatfeathers and visit a plethora of dining options at 30Avenue shopping center.

Great open kitchen that has everything you need to cook great meals. Brand new Pots, pans, bowls, dining ware, glassware, baking trays, pasta strainer, utensils are all available for you!

Wall-mounted Smart TV's in living room, ceiling fans in all bedrooms and upstairs sitting/gathering area. Two (2) private balconies with table and chairs to relax.

Double Master Suites (one on 2nd and 3rd floor) with en-suite bathroom, walk-in shower, double vanity and closet. There are two (2) additional bedrooms with King size beds and walk-in closets on the 2nd and 3rd floors with individual bathrooms (with tub) just outside the bedroom door entrances.

Each bed features 600 thread count sheets and great mattresses. House can comfortably accommodate 14 guests with 3 King beds, 1 Queen bed, bunk bed room and 2 sofa pull-out sleepers.

There are ironing boards and steamers for clothes and complimentary laundry and dishwasher detergent.

There is an outdoor shower with privacy wall/plants.

Inside the garage you’ll find ten (10) beach foldable chairs (w/ drink holder), beach towels, a large umbrella and a utility cart to help you transport your personal belongings to the beach.

Complimentary beach bags and coolers are also provide.

Finally, there are cameras in the front and back of the house for your safety and peace of mind.

Beach Access:

The house is located in the Ivy community next to S. Orange Street.

To get to the beach, exiting the Ivy community just make a right on Orange Street and it will dead end at Inlet Beach Access Point and W. Park Place Ave.. This entrance is the largest public accessible beach in Walton County where there are changing rooms, bathrooms and public outdoor showers. It is either a 2 minute car drive or 8-10 minute walk.
