Changing Latitudes PCB Villa is a fresh, modern, upgraded 3 bedroom/3 bath condo located on the 6th hole of the golf course at Edgewater Beach Resort in Panama City Beach FL.

The bedrooms include one king bed, one queen bed, and two full beds (all with smart televisions). Two of the bathrooms (king, queen) have private bathroom access, while the third (full) has access from both the bedroom and the hallway.

Updates include new living room furniture, tiled walk in master shower, new kitchen granite, and new memory foam matresses. The accommodations are perfect for a family or vacationing couples. The unit is just a short walk or complimentary shuttle ride to the world’s most beautiful beaches.

Additional updates and upgrades for the Changing Latitudes PCB villa include new paint, flooring, ceilings, and beach-themed décor throughout. The fully-equipped kitchen features a tile bar, track lighting, updated cabinetry, and modern stainless steel appliances (including a full kitchen refrigerator with an ice maker plus a small beverage refrigerator); additionally, both a standard drip coffee maker and Keurig are provided.

You'll find ample dining space at the table as well as the bar counter. The roomy living area comes complete with couch / loveseat and a large Smart TV (with local and streaming channels). The villa / condo also has furnished balconies on both the front (access from the queen bedroom) and rear (access from either the living area or king bedroom) of the unit. There is a full size washer and dryer, in addition to free Wi-Fi accessible in any area of the unit. All linens are provided but please bring your own beach towels. Access to the condo / villa and the Resort is controlled by 24 hour entrance / security personnel.

The villa sits adjacent to the Resort’s 9 hole Executive Golf Course and has direct access to the beach via the private walkover bridge (accessible by foot or by complimentary shuttle).

--> Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and provide ID to confirm, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to a $300 damage deposit hold placed on the guest's credit card prior to arrival that will be released after his/her uneventful stay. No pets/ESA, smoking, or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two vehicles. We provide starter amounts of soaps and paper products (like tp, paper towels, and trash bags). Please plan to bring/buy additional if your stay is longer than a couple of days.

Edgewater Beach Resort is the only full-service resort in Panama City Beach with multiple tennis and pickleball court sports, 11 pools, children's splash pad play area, multiple sun decks, 4 hot tubs, a fitness center / workout studio, and business / conference center.

In season, you can book beach chair / umbrella rentals, paddleboards, and beach bonfires along with jet ski rentals, banana boat rides, and parasailing. Dining options are available on EBR property via Oceans Bar & Grill plus cool off with your favorite drink at Blender’s Poolside Bar or Shaker's Bar. You will also find everything from coffee to hand-dipped ice cream to sunscreen / beach floats at Edgie's Corner Market.

Edgewater is centrally located within Panama City Beach, with direct access via N Richard Jackson Boulevard to both Hutchison Boulevard (aka Middle Beach Road) and Panama City Beach Parkway (aka Back Beach Road); this provides easy passage to additional shopping (including grocery, other retailers) in addition to either Panama City proper to the east (over the Hathaway Bridge) or to 30A to the west. The Resort is a short walk to multiple local dining / shopping options and just a short drive to Pier Park and St. Andrews State Park. Finally, Edgewater is a brief 20 minute drive away from Panama City Beach’s Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP), a Southwest Airlines destination.
