Good on a budget

This place is good for a budget but a few things need to be improved such as the shower curtain was moldy. the sink in the bathroom didn’t drain the shower didn’t drain that well, the sheets were very thin but other than that the trip was perfect

Our stay was nice, amenities with the pool/hot tub, bobs beach bar, and being beachfront with an ocean view were great. Condo was a little rundown/outdated and the TV did not work. For the price is was well worth it.

Was probably amazing in the 80s

This unit was large and spacious. It had a balcony with a beautiful ocean view, and so for all of these things we were very very happy. The challenge with this unit and the building overall is that it’s very outdated and shows years and years of use. The building itself is a massive, so you really have to fight for a parking spot availability. The pools, although large were also very crowded people were allowed to stay claim to chairs and prevented guests from using them throughout the day. We did love the small drink cabana out by the pool which made delicious drinks but very very expensive….. We would probably not book at this location again, however, the facilities were clean and provided reasonable accommodation. It was certainly not worth the cost. I would’ve spent a few more dollars and Bean in a more updated unit.

PCB in October is the best

This was my first experience at the Summit. I really liked the accommodations that were available at the resort. The tiki bar was fun! Nikki was attentive and awesome! The bikini burger place was ok. The condominium was clean and nice. I didn't realize they do not have a washer/dryer in the unit but there is a coin laundry on site. It was advertised but I suppose I looked right over that. There was not a hair dryer as advertised but it didn't wreck my stay. The big TV stand behind the table with nothing on it could go, not a huge deal.. It just made the space look a little cluttered. Overall I would stay here again. The view was amazing and the bed was very comfortable!

I would recommend this condo to anybody! It has a beautiful view and was clean and had plenty of space for us to have an amazing time! Will definitely use again.
