Great condo
The condo itself was clean and updated. Very spacious and comfortable. Plenty of kitchen supplies. Comfy bed/couch/chairs. Nice furniture on the balcony. The balcony door in the livingroom was near impossible to open, luckily you could access it from the bedroom more easily. Now the resort itself was extremely busy (peak season). There are only 2 elevators for 20+ floors on each side (east/west), it took sometimes 30 minutes to get in an elevator. The corridors were hot waiting on hot elevators, no place to sit while waiting. Not great for the disabled people, no accessible beach access that i found. Coco loco had good coffee and prices seemed reasonable. The rip tide prices were ridiculous for McDonald's quality food (I'm talking over $40 for 2 chicken finger baskets and 2 dr pepper's), I guess you pay for convenience. Check in was easy with nice staff. There is a restroom near the check in area but there is no baby changing station. There is a public beach access between the 2 buildings. Guys running the beach rentals are super nice and accommodating. If your unit comes with beach service make sure to go down at 8am and claim your spot because it's not guaranteed you'll get one because they double book. Be very wary of the elevator on the west tower closest to the lobby it is unstable and jerks very hatd like its load is too heavy and has trouble stopping. The pool area is nice but not near enough space for all of the people. Luggage carts do not fit in condos.
