Our 1-bedroom condo features a luxurious master suite with a comfortable king-size bed and stylish furnishings. The open concept living room offers ample space to unwind, complete with a cozy queen sleeper sofa, additional full-size sofa and sleeper chair for additional guests. A bunk room with twin bunk beds and a trundle provides extra sleeping options, ideal for families. The condo is equipped with two full bathrooms for added convenience, as well as a washer and dryer for your laundry needs. There is a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances that will meet all your needs. There are 4 new HD Smart TVs in the condo with HDMI. Bring your gaming systems if you'd like!

Other things to note
There is a $75 resort fee plus tax and fees per stay. The total is $85.58, this is a per stay fee regardless of # of nights stayed or # of guests. Closer to your check-in date you will be provided with a link to register with the resort and prepay the resort fee. This fee is in addition to what you pay through Airbnb, it is paid directly to the resort.

Besides the breathtaking gulf and lake views and fully equipped condo, we absolutely love the ease of access to the 4th floor kiddie pool and fitness center. The location of the South parking deck makes loading and unloading convenient. Just steps away from our condo is access to the South parking elevator which all but eliminates heavy wait times for generally used resort elevators. (This is a huge and convenient time saver for the ground floor amenities.)
