Nearby Attractions:
- Schooners, known as the “Last Local Beach Club,” sits right next door to Seychelles Beach Resort. Open year-round with a menu of seafood, sandwiches and spirits, this casual restaurant features beachfront dining, live music on Fridays and Saturdays, and numerous events like their annual Lobster Festival & Tournament.
- St. Andrews State Park lies less than a mile from Seychelles Beach Resort. The park offers marked hiking trails, paved biking trails and canoe/kayak rentals. It’s also the place to board the Shell Island Shuttle to a 7-mile-long undeveloped barrier island where you can go shelling on the beach or swimming in its peaceful, inshore waters.
- On Shell Island, you can take a snorkeling tour to view tropical fish, rays and other small marine animals, o, take a dolphin tour around St. Andrews Bay, home to one of the largest populations of bottlenose dolphins in the world!
- Multiple deep sea fishing charters.
- Pier Park, a 1 million-square-foot shopping and entertainment center, is lined with boutiques, souvenir shops and amusement park rides so you can enjoy the sunshine no matter how you choose to spend your day.
- Gulf World Marine Park is a must-see and perfect for a rainy day or cool-down activity when the sun is at its highest. The dolphinarium and marine park feature an opportunity for a closer look at a variety of marine animals through interactive programs and even the chance to swim with dolphins!

Things to Note:
- The Resort`s pool project is scheduled 1/27/2025 through March 2025. During this time, the east side of the pool deck will be closed. Be aware that some noise, particularly during the demolition phase, may occur as part of the project.
- The primary renter must be 25+ years old and staying at the condo for the duration of the booking.
- The Seychelles resort fee is included in your booking and includes 1 parking pass and 6 wristbands. Should you have additional vehicles, they will need to be parked offsite at nearby paid lots.
- Wristbands must always be worn onsite to access resort amenities. There will be a $50 charge for each missing wristband upon departure.
- There is no smoking/vaping in the condo. No pets are allowed. No parties or unauthorized guests are allowed.
- All common areas and amenities like the pool, gym, front desk, elevators, etc. are managed by Seychelles Resort. We do not have control over the working conditions of equipment, maintenance, or availability.
- All amenities, restaurants, etc. are subject to seasonal operation.
- The individual booking must be 25+ years old.
