AGE REQUIREMENT:

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, be present at check-in, and stay for the entire reservation. Parents may not book for under-25 guests unless the qualifying adult stays the entire time. No unaccompanied under-25 groups, including spring-break groups.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY:

Four people total at all times. Adults, children, infants/babies, and visitors all count. Four guests plus a baby or visitor is not allowed. Everyone staying must be included on the reservation. These resort rules are strictly enforced.

Inside the Condo

This well-organized 609-square-foot condo includes:

• Private bedroom with queen bed

• Queen sleeper sofa and twin pullout loveseat

• Full bathroom with tub and shower

• Full kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware and dishes; bar seating and dining table for two

• Traditional coffee maker and Keurig, blender and toaster

• Complimentary coffee and welcome snacks

• Bed linens, extra blankets, room-darkening shades, bath towels and beach towels

• Hair dryer, toiletries, iron and ironing board

• Fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning

• 65-inch HDTV with satellite service

• Private 11th-floor Gulf-front balcony

The condo offers several sleeping options, but maximum occupancy remains four people.

Resort Amenities

Enjoy three Gulf-front outdoor pools, including one seasonally heated pool, plus pickleball, tennis, shuffleboard, a shared fitness room in a separate resort building, charcoal grills, sun decks, outdoor showers, elevators, gated entry, and onsite security.

Shared coin-operated laundry is on the first floor across from the elevators; there is no washer or dryer inside the condo. Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available on the beach but are not included with the rental.

Winter Snowbirds Welcome

Looking for a warm Gulf-front escape during the colder months? Longer winter and snowbird stays are welcome when dates are available. Enjoy peaceful beach walks, Gulf views, beautiful sunsets, and everything you need for a comfortable extended stay.

Resort Fees

Parking is currently $36 for one vehicle for the ENTIRE STAY—not per day. Required resort wristbands are currently $6 per person for the ENTIRE STAY—not per day. These charges are collected separately by Sunbird Resort upon arrival, are not included in the booking total, and may change.

Important Rules

• Check-in: 4:00 p.m.

• Checkout: 10:00 a.m.

• No pets

• No parties or events

• No smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes anywhere on the property

• Quiet hours: 10:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.

• Do not spit, throw or drop anything from the balcony

• Rinse off beach sand before using the condo shower

• Guests must follow all Sunbird Resort rules

Pineapple Willy’s is right next door. Nearby family outings include Coconut Creek mini golf and maze, WonderWorks, Ripley’s, Race City rides and go-karts, ZooWorld, and Signal Hill Golf Course.

Explore Pier Park, the PCB Wheel, Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show, Shipwreck Island Waterpark and Man in the Sea Museum. Enjoy St. Andrews State Park, Shell Island boat trips, dolphin and sunset cruises, fishing charters, parasailing, snorkeling, scuba, jet skis, kayaking and paddleboarding. Conservation Park and Camp Helen offer quieter nature outings.

Dining options around Panama City Beach include Pineapple Willy’s, Schooners, Capt. Anderson’s, Dat Cajun Place and Firefly.

Day Trips from Sunbird

For a longer stay, explore Rosemary Beach and Scenic 30A, or make a day of Destin and HarborWalk with waterfront restaurants, AJ’s, McGuire’s Irish Pub and East Pass Seafood & Oyster House. Inland outings include Econfina Creek paddling, Ponce de Leon Springs, Morrison Springs, Falling Waters and Florida Caverns State Park.

Plan roughly 45 minutes to two hours each way depending on destination. These are broad estimates; traffic can make the longer drives exceed two hours. Check opening days, cave-tour availability and water conditions before leaving. Waterfall flow depends on rainfall. Excursions are independently operated and not included in the rental.

Mardi Gras & Music Festival: Usually late January or February. The next edition’s dates are not yet confirmed here; check the official calendar.

Food Truck & Craft Beer Festival: Usually February. Food trucks and craft beverages; next dates to be announced.

Spring • March–May

Emerald Coast Boat & Lifestyle Show: Usually March. Boats and outdoor-lifestyle exhibits; check for the next confirmed dates.

Emerald Coast Cruizin’ — Spring: March 11–13, 2027. The spring classic-car show at Aaron Bessant Park.
