Excellent place in an excellent location!

If I had more vacation time, I'd spend a week here annually. The location is great! The staff at the pool is great. The condo itself is great! Modern decor and furniture. No issues with any of the beds or supplied amenities. A host!

Loved the location and the view is amazing. The condo itself wasn’t very well furnished. The kitchen definitely needs to be restocked. There was 11 of us and there wasn’t enough plates bowls etc for all of us. There was one tiny skillet the size of bologna. We had to go buy a skillet. There was no pot holders. The drapes leading out onto the deck were dirty and stained. They need cleaned. Overall we loved our stay.

Fall Break!

We loved the view from our 7th floor! We really liked the access of the resort amenities. Don't miss the parking Fee! The pools were nice and clean. Beach access was easy! Nothing that would prevent us from staying again, but the condo itself did get hot! We respected the note and didnt turn it down past the recommended setting.

The location of the property is great. Overall the stay wasn't terrible, but the rug is in desperate need of replacing with how dirty it was, many pieces of furniture were on the verge of breaking or cheaply repaired. The kitchen was stocked ok. The overall cleaning could have been better, we kept finding hair that didn't belong to anyone who came with us. Based on the listing, we definitely expected better.

Great family vacation to Panama City Beach

We really enjoyed our spacious 4 bedroom beachfront condo. This condo had plenty of room for my group of ten. Loved the beach access, and gym and pool amenities. Great location convenient to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. The only con was some of the furniture in the unit needed to be updated. A lot of wear and tear. Thank you!

Annual Family Vacation

Overall good stay, plenty of pool areas to hang out and options in the area. Pool bar is over priced as this was the most expensive one we have bought drinks from and we go to a different location every year. But still a fun atmosphere by the pool with live music and security patrolling the grounds. The elevators were quite crowded, so we had to wait awhile multiple times. They were fast and worked pretty well. The parking garage elevators were slow, and they stopped working for part of our stay. Overall the elevators were efficient, but crowded. Our room was nice with an amazing ocean front view, but it could use a few updates and the cleanliness could’ve been better. A few broken things, and stained sheets but nothing of much concern.

Perfect stay

We’ve stayed at many places in PCB and this has been our favorite by far! Plenty of room for a larger family. Super clean and comfortable beds. The staff at Majestic were all kind. Having a working washer and dryer was a huge plus that the last place we stayed at didn’t have. Ended up getting an early check in. Host is very responsive! Will stay again.

A Great Extended Family Trip

We had a great week and really enjoyed this condo and resort. We had 11 people, ages 10 months to 90 years, so we needed a place that met the needs of a wide range of people. The condo was well appointed, had furniture that met all of our needs and that an elderly, mobility challenged person could use. It was decorated well and made us feel at home. It was clean, although we felt like the cleaning people may have been rushed and could have paid more attention to details. We questioned whether a bed was changed, extra blankets washed or the floor mopped. But we chalked it up to the sandy beach. :) We loved the condo, and all in all, we’re very happy with it! The resort itself was well managed and kept clean as well. The walk from the parking was long, but there is a drop off area right at the front door and we used that for less walking for some people in our group. Check in and out was easy- plenary go carts and no need to check in at a desk. The pools and beach were gorgeous. The elevator was fast and we never had to wait in line. The bar and restaurant was great! We enjoyed the drink package and ate several times on the patio! The food was really good and reasonably priced. All the staff at the resort were helpful and kind and still made sure policies were followed and guests were safe. The location was very walkable to many different places for food and drink. We enjoyed several places nearby. We highly recommend this condo and resort.

Canceled on us last minute

We were booked here but received an email the day before that our reservation had been canceled, no explanation. The property manager/host hardly cared about the inconvenience and stress this added to our vacation. They did offer an alternative for but for a much smaller unit on a high floor in a unit miles away from our original reservation. VRBO was very helpful and worked with us to get it al worked out.

Would stay again!

We had 8 family members stay at Majestic Tower 1 for a week. The unit was a perfect size and very comfy for all of us! I will say the bedroom with the 2 beds stayed very very cold. The ice maker did not drop any ice out the entire stay but all other appliances worked great! The view of the beach was fantastic and having the market, cafe and Starbucks there was amazing as well!! The wait for the elevators could sometimes be long and having the parking garage across the street made it a longer walk but all in all this is a great property and our family would definitely stay here again!

This condo was very large, there was 9 of us and was not on top of each other. We enjoyed staying there and hope to stay there again. Note does need new pots and pans and more of them, still a great room. We love all the pools never felt crowded in any of them, very much enjoyed our stay.

Majestic Resort is a nice property. We arrived to a clean ready to go condo. These are over 20 years old and there is some apparent aging. Ease in getting to beach makes this unit attractive as the elevator is one unit away. The beach service with Junior, Sabian, Keith and Trevor made our sand time special!! Customer service plus. The deck restaurant and shop staff delivered their incredible goods and services above and beyond. Second year here and can see more in the future!!

Fall Break Getaway

Condo is right in the middle of everything you would want or need while in PCB beaches are beautiful and clean! Condo has a wonderful ocean front view! I do want to admit that check in for us was a bit rough. I do respect the times listed but after driving 12+ hours to get there and not being able to check in until 4:30 when check in was 4 was frustrating. I know it seems little but means we walked into a soaking wet mopped floor which don’t get me wrong I do appreciate it being clean. while checking out the condo upon arrival I was slightly disappointed in a few things but they were minimal. The double bed bed room with attached bath had a broken headboard on one of the bed. So I just removed piece for our stay to not create a problem during our stay. The fridge had a broken/missing shelf in the fridge a broken condiment shelf in the door and the ice maker would not dispense. The dining room chairs were all loose and had issues but we tightened them all up and couches were all stained up. Master bath had water damage on the baseboards around the bath that was a surprise and concern. But to be honest for the price the view and the over all facility or building I can’t complain.
