Great Location!!

The location is great. Lots of options for food within walking distance. The kitchen was not stocked well with pot and pans and upon arrival many dishes and skillets were put away but not very clean. The master shower has mold around the ceiling. The living room furniture and balcony furniture was very run down. Overall we had a great time just spent time washing dishes a lot. The dishwasher was ran 3 times and dishes were still not clean. I was very disappointed the sliding door in the master bedroom would not open and it was not a balcony just full view windows. That would have been nice to know when someone is looking forward to sitting on the balcony from the master bedroom.

The location was very convenient and we loved the Starbucks inside the resort. The condo was right off the east elevators on the 24th floor. It was very close to the trash chute. Elevators were quick. The condo was spacious and linens were ok. I didn’t love that two of the pools were across the road from the ocean/condo. The one ocean front pool was not accessible from my elevator. We had to go to the lobby and walk across the main lobby to the second set of elevators which were being maintenanced. The sky bridge, pool, and beach access was difficult to navigate at first. The condo could use a deep clean. There was mold on the shower curtain in the bunk room and mold on the shower heads of two of the bathrooms. There’s mold/mildew between the folds of the curtains in the living room. The floors had been swept around the middle it seemed. We found items (random chip bag, a hair tie, crackers, etc) from previous guests under the couches and beds. I’d suggest bringing house shoes for everyone staying. The kitchen was sparsely stocked for cooking - two of the frying pans were scratched up so badly I wouldn’t use them. There was not enough silverware for the amount of people staying with us without constantly hand washing (because the dishwasher left the dishes dirty). Couches were ok, somewhat broken down. The new TVs were beautiful and worked well. Some of the fans that work by remote didn’t work. The double twin room is much smaller than the photo appears.

We absolutely loved our condo! The only thing I could recommend is upgrade the pillows and mattress.They were a little uncomfortable but other than that the condo was wonderful and will definitely be back!

Lots of space for a large group. It was clean. Huge living/dining area. Furnishings are a bit of a dated mismatch of things. But I understand this. If you had all new furniture, cabinets and etc it would not stay perfect with multiple guests/renters. Appliances were nice and kitchen had everything we needed. Washer and dryer were clean and pretty new.Multiple pools, tiki bars, and access to the beach. Store, food and Starbucks on site. It was great for us. We would stay there again!

Spacious but minimal decor/stocking

Unit was very spacious for large groups but you can tell it is mainly used for rental income. Couches, although plentiful, not very comfortable. The area carpet in the living room is disgustingly dirty. The kitchen was stocked pretty well with dishes but minimally for cooking for a larger groups. One pillow per bed with the exception on the master which had 2 and no extra blankets. The fans are all controlled via a remote and the only one that worked was the living room so no ceiling lights in the bedrooms. Patio furniture is iron but some seats were missing the padded seats and the table had not ceramic tile in it so it was not usable. Plenty of extra bathroom towels but only one kitchen towel. Bathrooms all had an almost used roll of TP with no replacement (usually recieve at least 1 new one per bathroom). The stoves markings have been almost completley scrubbed off so you have to guess what your turning the burners too. Check out was 9am which is early for what you pay to stay. We liked have extra space but would not stay here again due to the other things.

Best family vacation!!!

Perfect condo for our family vacation, location was perfect for our family of 8 including two little ones. I had excellent communication with the rental office and questions answered in a timely manner. Plenty of towels and bed linens were provided. Fastest elevators making getting to the beach quick.

Very disappointed with the condition of the condo. Had to clean the refrigerator and some of the dishes had food stuck in them. I had to go buy cleaning suppies to mop the floors. My grandaughter had white socks when we arrived and walked throught the condo to the couch and the socks were dirty. The rug in living room had hair on it and under all furniture there was dirt and paper debris. We were unable to use top bunk because it is just sitting on top of the bottom bunk. They are not attached at all. The twin beds need new matresses, it feels like your sleeping on springs now padding. The place needs a deep cleaning.

Plenty of space for 8! Be prepared to clean the floors when you get there. The littles feet were black after only an hour an a half from arriving. Furniture is worn and the cushions on the deck are pitiful. Love Emerald Beach Resort. Owner just needs to hire a new cleaning service.

Awesome gulf view

Overall the place was amazing with a stunning view from the master bedroom and the living room with a nice balcony to sit and enjoy your coffee. Downfall was the dryer was broken and I didn't find out until the washer was done. Otherwise it was a great family vacation, as everyone had enough space.

2nd stay, extended our stay

We enjoyed our stay so much in 2022 that we went back for another week this year. We had pretty much everything we needed in the kitchen. Washer and dryer are on the smaller side but they worked well for us if we didnt overload it. I would have really liked there to be something child proofing the entrance door like a sliding lock or maybe alarm that the 2&3 year old couldn't just open the door, but it was honestly not an issue I was just nervous about that. I stayed in the king room with the bunk bed with my husband and 4 kids (2, 3, 6, and 10) we were all very happy. My dad stayed in the other king and my sister in the twin room. 1st year we didnt know the door opened in the room to ocean front. We love that Starbucks is on site. We originally chose this place for the zero entry pool for the kids. My daughter learned to swim in the pool there. The hot tub was amazing. Love that there is another pool (back up incase one is down) but accessing the pool from the beach is nice. Drinks at the tiki bar were perfect. Runaway island next door is to die for at sunset. Elevators were a little confusing. Park across the road, go to floor 3 then across the skybar walkway to the other elevators, then go to the lobby floor, then around to the other elevators to the 24th floor. The vacuum was a little clogged when I tried to use it but was happy there was one there with a bunch of kiddos. Not a ton of decor I had to stress over my kids breaking. Had the best time. We be back!!!

Great Location

First, let me say we have stayed here before in this exact condo. We love the location and the size of the condo accommodates our family well. However, as a whole, it is looking very shabby and rundown. There are MANY things that need attention. In the MB that overlooks the ocean, the AC was not adequate. We had to run a box fan the entire stay and it still wasn’t real cool. The furniture in the living room is in very poor shape. The toilets kept stopping up. The kitchen mitts to get stuff out of the oven were gross. As I said, just several things needed attention. Now for the building in general… there were 2 elevators out of order our entire stay. We were on the 24 floor. The day we checked in it took 1 hour standing in line to get an elevator. And it was hard all week. That was a huge issue. Then, the escalators weren’t working either. There was an awful smell in the open areas around the elevators especially on the lobby level. I don’t typically give reviews. But I paid almost $4000 to stay here and I feel like they could update it at least a little if they’re getting this kind of money all season. It hasn’t changed at all in the times we’ve rented it. We will come to PCB again, but will not stay here unless some real changes are made.

This was my first time booking with vrbo, I usually use Expedia but this was cheaper. The condo was so confusing to get too, 4 elevators just to get to our condo, and a maze to get to the pool. The condo itself was not clean. Still super sandy, other people personal items, dirt sand etc under the couches(only new that because we needed to use a pull out couch) almost as if they swept all the dirt from the condo under the couches. The tiki bar closes at 6 everyday. And it’s a very busy area. In general we looked past all the little issues and enjoyed our stay. Starbucks downstairs was a plus for me. This was our first time staying I PCB rather than destin so maybe that was also an issue for me but a lot of the reviews on this room were not great and I didn’t read them before booking because it looked perfect for our family. It was big open and spacious.
